      Elevate Roofing & Exteriors(ER&E) was hired to install standing seam roofing on my rental property with an additional supply of same roofing material I could self install on my single story home and buildings. So. The company has replied to emails maybe twice since they installed the roof on rental. Never delivered the rest of the material. I signed a 3rd party promissory note at 14% interest rate to get my roof replaced and a sh*t load of roofing supply. I am not saying these guys are scamming people, but ****** *******(ER&E) said the roofing is still on a trailer somewhere and they never delivered it. I've sent a couple emails, and called into their phone #. No one has returned my calls or scheduled a drop off. Very annoying transaction. I was super pumped about getting standing seam installed, now I cant even get the contractors on the phone or my materials delivered. Would advise avoiding this business until they figure out how to do what they say they will do. At this point I would love it if they would credit the promissory note account and we can all move along. I'm just a chill guy.

      I have followed up and we do have the materials set to deliver.  We were set to deliver earlier in the year and the owner had to be out of town.  We are contacting him today and trying to set up a time to deliver next week at convenient time.  We have the materials on trailer and ready.

      On 3/13/2024, I entered into a contract with Elevate Roofing and Exteriors to install a new Roof and all that that entails and on 5/10/2024 the Site manager and his crew came out and installed a new roof. However my insurance wouldn't approve a claim to replace the Soffit wood under the ***** all around my home, new gutters, or replace the ceiling boards in the carport area, and prime and paint all new wood being installed. So on 7/4/2024, I contracted with ***** ***** ****** ******** services to perform those tasks. On 9/17/2024, when the contractors started removing the soffit, ceiling boards, Mr ****** called me outside to show the concealed damaged wood underneath the new slate gray shingles that should have been replaced prior to installing the new roof. Upon further inspection, he and his crew saw plenty of rotten wood underneath the shingles. During that week, i tried calling the point of contact with no response. I googled and finally on 9/20/2024, I found the phone number of the *********************** ******* whose website and videos states that they install roofs according to State codes and manufacturer's specifications, and if something goes wrong, the customer won't be left holding the bag. At 8:23a, I called and spoke with him and explained the problems and even let him speak to Mr ****** and he explained further the problems he saw and he asked Mr ******* can he get someone out here today to inspect so you're aware of what was just explained. Mr ******* said no, but can have someone come out tomorrow. Of course no one showed up, so i sent a text to Mr ******* if i could have a specific time, no answer. when i sent another text letting him know that i had cancelled an appt to be here, he responded and said he'll send a Mr ****** on 9/23@2p. I left work to meet with him and immediately Mr ****** said yes, the wood should have been replaced. he then asked if the contractor Mr ****** could come over. I called and he came and both men talked. assurance

      thank you for the input.  I understand that the owner is indeed inpatient that we come and fix the few spots that are in question and we have committed to do so.  In the install of the roof, some discolored wood was roofed over.  It is clear from all engineering firms nationally recognized that discolored wood alone is NOT considered to be rot.  The definitive test is"the ability to hold the nail in place".  We make that distinction to try and save our customers money and not charge them for needless wood repair when it is not merited.  We actually make more money replacing wood.  There are some spots identified by the owner of discoloration and concern to her that they are rotten.  In interest to please her we have committed to come and fix those places.  It is on our schedule.  However, we are currently burdened by the emergencies of major storms across the southeast and our crews have been involved in emergency mitigation with customers with active open roofs from storms.  It is not that the customer is not important, it is just her roof is not leaking and we need another week to come and address the issues.  This is a warranty issue and as such, she is not entitled to any refund if we agree to fix the concerns in timely fashion.  We have not refused to fix the concerns, we are only asking for some patience due to the emergencies across the Southeast for one more week and we will come and address the few small places where she feels are a problem.

      On Nov 28th, I called Elevate Roofing at ************ and their answering services answered. I informed them that I was the new owner of ******************, and I notified that there appears to be an active leak in the Master Bedroom and I was looing to see if the house is under a workmanship warranty as the roof is only three years old. The answering service took all of my information and stated that they will forward it on to the company.On November 28th I received an email from ***************************************** with the phone number provided from *** @ ************ asking for more information. Which I provided to her on the same day via email. On November 29th, *** responding stating that they will be in touch with getting me on the schedule. By December 18th I called *** wanting a follow up as to when I would be on the schedule. Unfortunately she did not answer and I left her a voicemail and followed up with an email asking the same question still with no response neither by phone or email.       I am rejecting this response because: I received an email stating that they are trying to schedule me. Which contradict what their response within this complaint. No one had called me to put me on a schedule. How long should a person wait for an active leak to be repaired. The longer this goes on the more damage occurs within the walls of my home.

      This should be a priority when there is an active leak.

      My Roof was not done probably sept 2021 and caused water damage in the garage, for a year in half I been telling them and they kept trying to fix it. And come to find out no valley was utilized therefore causing this mess. And when they finally fixed that area they didnt replace with shingles like the house originally had. Very dissatisfied. *************************, ***************************** and their team.

      We have been working with Elevate for over a year and a half now. They never return phone calls and rarely return text messages. We have had building materials sitting in our front driveway for almost 6 months now. All we want is for a representative to consistently communicate with us and finish this ongoing project that has been going on for over a year and a half now.

      We are in receipt of the complaint. We will reach out to make sure we all understand. The windows are all that remain. The windows that came in are not the correct size. We are currently pushing the supplier for the correct windows to be made and delivered. We understand the frustration is warranted and we are doing all we can.
