      I contracted with this company for a single unit to be delivered on a specific date and paid for the first month's service. However, I received a call from a delivery driver attempting to deliver the unit two days prior to the agreed date, which was established to accommodate our travel to the site. When I called and spoke to "***", he launched into a tirade about being short staffed and too busy to deliver on the agreed date finally stating, "If you can't take delivery today, you're not getting a unit. He went on to scream and yell at me that they should have never agreed to deliver on a specific date, after he agreed to everything the week prior. I explained to him that this is no way to do business and treating your customers like the product (In this case, human waste) is no way to attract more customers. I do not recommend this business for anything. I gave them one star only because I could not give zero.

      Due to an unforeseen staffing issue causing a conflict with Friday delivery, we attempted to deliver the unit early at no additional charge.  Customer was called well in advance and was unable to work with us to facilitate delivery.  Unfortunately we had to cancel the order.  We issued a full refund and an apology the same day. While we always make every attempt to work with the schedule of our customers, occasionally, issues arise that are beyond our control. We regret we were unable to provide service.
