    I hired the company (Stateline Crawlspace Specialist), on January 8, 2022, to repair water damage/leakage in my crawlspace of my home. The job was to dig a trench, install corrigated pipe and gravel, install sump pump basin, wipe down entire sub structure w/Votanical Fungucide etc. There was only one person that did the job. He stated he had a crew, but they never showed up. Took a lot longer for him to do the job than expected. He worked several days, a few hours each day. The job seemed to go fine and I paid him $6,300.00 dollars for the work. He promised me that I would have a warranty for (5) years, and inspect the work, sump pump etc. every six (6) months. The last I spoke with him was on January 20th, 2022. I have been calling, texting, and have had NO contact back from him. Now, seven (7) months later, my sump pump has stopped working, water is accumulating in the crawlspace again and will have to hire another company to try and get it working again. All I wanted was for the owner to keep his word and inspect/repair any issues that I have. Very disappointing! I at the very least I would like a refund for the charges that I will acquire to hire another company to repair the sump pump.

    Evuenly ***** was telling customers we wild insect every 6 months. We inspec only once per yr. I have not heard from **********************. She must have been calling his number. He has not worked here for several months f she will call me at ************, I will gladly inspect an repai the sump pump as contract indicates.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and will contact the company with the provided phone number, and see if they will come out and inspect/repair the sump pump, and also provide a copy of the (5) year warranty that was suppose to go along with the job.

    The name of this company was On The Level Mold & Repair Services but changed their name to On the Level ************* Systems on January 2021. We Hired them to water proof our basement and to install a dehumidifier. on October 21 2020. We have a contract. We paid them $4100. In the contract we have a five year warranty and they are to inspect every 6 months and change the filter. Everything seem to be all right until July 1 2021. Their employee **** ******** came out and checked everything and changed the filter. We have made many phone calls and text **** but haven't been able to get someone to inspect and change the filter. They are not honoring the contract. They do not answer our phone calls or text messages. If they would come and inspect the basement and change the filter we would be satisfied.
