  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I can't emphasize that strongly enough. I would give many negative stars if possible.I had the same kind of poor experience as the previous reviewer; bought MS **** in 32-bit, and it wouldn't install for me. Their extremely poor tech support installed it, but as 64-bit. I told them multiple times that I have to have 32-bit. Tech said 64 and 32 were about the same and it should work, and that 64 installed by default. So why is there the option to buy 32 OR 64, if she thinks they are the same??? I had to uninstall their software and go back to what I had before. **** itself worked, but what I needed it to do would not work on the 64-bit as installed. Then you try to get a refund, forget it. They will refer you to email the tech support department, which is going to argue in the same circles - send the error message so they can figure it out. It's not difficult to figure out = their tech support doesnt know what they are doing, the software doesnt work properly. A chat tech offered to remote into the computer and "help..." NO. The first tech couldnt do it right, I cant trust this one either. I cant trust the whole company that the software doesnt have bugs or malaware. I doubt there will be any refund, only arguing and insisting on more tech support. No thanks. I'm lucky they didnt s**** anything up the first time.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I CANT EMPHASIZE THAT STRONGLY ENOUGH!!!!

  NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH.I recently purchase a product key for ***************** I thought it seemed a good deal at $62.I received the download link and began installing into my laptop, I then entered the key code they gave me. All seemed to go OK, until I received a message saying that my system was 64bit and I was trying to install a 32 bit. I rechecked and confirmed that i was installing their 64bit version, so I tried again, and again. No luck, same thing. I even reconfirmed that my system is a 64bit Windows.Just in case, I attempted to install their 32bit version just in case it was labelled incorrectly, but as expected, same message.I tried callind the company, but their phone is always busy or just not working. I went onto their chat line, but only accessed a robot AI.After many hours, I gave up, removed the link and sent them an email. Meanwhile I found a competitive company, that i could purchase the office program from, and within 10 minutes, all was done easily.I asked Digital Product Key for a refund. They refused accusing me of trying to cheat them. Then they asked to see the error message, but obviously I could not give that as their link was no longer in my system.I have spent many days via their customer service trying to get a refund, but no luck. They will only offer me a coupon, which I am not interested in as they have screwed up once and I no longer trust their product or company.I am writing this review to advise others of their lack of customer service. If something doesn't work, simply refund them.I am a respectable businessman and I do not cheat people and I don't expect to be cheated either.If they simply refunded my $62 I would not be writing this review.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM and I do not recommend them to anyone.
