    This business is not BBB Accredited...BBB gives them a D+ and says they are "NOT Accredited". It's no wonder...I've been trying to get my...MY $169 refund since June. First they said a credit would be issued to my credit card. THEN, they said the card wouldn't accept the credit, so a check would have to be issued, and that would take 3-4 weeks. SERIOUSLY? I was THEN told that they would have to check with a manager to see exactly what had happened. (I can tell you what happened...they did not issue the check for MY $169.) THEN, during my third request, I was told by ********************* that HE TOO would have to check into the delay with a manager, and that checks normally take 4-5 weeks. Seriously??? In 2023 with all the wonderful software YOU take 4-5 WEEKS to issue a check. WOW, the sharks will not like it al all when this company goes south...poor management will do it quickly. This level of lack of respect tells me a LOT about your company. And if the Sharks know about this, and know how sisters **** and ***************************** are running the business, I've completely lost respect for all of THEM. GIVE ME MY $169 back!!! DJ ******************, *********************, and **** have not been able to accomplish this. Although, they all DID tell me to, "Have a nice day." So, I've got THAT going for me.

    DO NOT order anything from this company. They say that it's only $9.95 then another $9.99 then another $169.00 then another $64.00! They obviously aren't going to quit until I cancel my card. Don't make the same mistake!
