    Lachmann Electrical Services performed the installation of 50AMP outlet in the garage for the EV charger. We have paid the agreed amount. Lachmann Electrical has not cleaned up after himself leaving dust, drywall and electrical wires everywhere, drywall cuts and patches that he were not repairable and required a complete re-do by a drywall company. Many areas on ceiling were stained with some kind of grease that require repainting of the entire ceiling. None of that were mentioned in the proposal. Agreement was that cable run will be continues from the panel to the outlet with no interruption but Lachmann has decided to sever the cable and do a junction box because he did not want to spend time pulling the wire into the panel. Lachmann also told us that City permit and inspection was not required, which turned out to be untrue. City of **** has failed the installation on 9/28/2022 due to unmet fire caulking needs. Lachmann has offered the $600 refund on the phone but later asked to sing complete waiver of all liability. It has been over 4 months and still no refund of $600. I will need to hire the people that will do the drywall and fire-caulking work to meet the requirements from the City of ****.
    I have requested that Lachmann Electrical provides the refund in writing by certified mail and via email. Lachmann Electrical stopped communicating with us.
