    On or around July 1st I let it be known that I was putting in my 30 day notice to end my Personal Training sessions at this gym. To this day I am still being charged $220 a Month for sessions I have cancelled. A month after I told my trainer I wanted to put in my 30 day notice (August) I was told to come in and sign something So thats what I did. Mind you I live over an hour away at this point. A Month after that (September) I was told they have a new Head Trainer and to come in and sign yet another document and that All charges would be stopped and my back charges should be refunded. Then today I was charged yet again for service I cancelled months ago. They now owe me $440 and counting.

    I reached out to anytime fitness to cancel my membership on July 25 via text and called into the location directly multiple times and did not receive a response until August 8th when they informed me that my membership and personal training plan would be canceled and my cancellation fee would be added to my next bill. I confirmed card information via phone for this transaction. On august 30th I was informed I have still been getting billed and that they never cancelled my plan. They are now telling me I will need to pay a cancellation fee again. I asked if the payments they took from me while I was under the impression the plan was cancelled would go to this fee and they said no.

    Me and my wife are military and we honored there contract and they are still trying to charge me and my wife and I told them I dont want the membership any longer that we had moved and they are threatening to send our account to collections we dont want the the membership any longer I gave them notice in December of 2022 that we moved and told them we will get Jag involved.
