    Review:Buyer/customer/client beware.The initial quote *** not be the final bill.I had a visit to this facility and the total was much different than the agreed upon initial price. My appointment was 4/24/23 @ 1pm.When the bill was questioned by the customer, the owner replied that the plan had changed, without informing the customer that the price would be different. I the customer was unaware until I checked out. I am in the medical field myself and I know how important it is to keep your word. The owner is very skilled but, in my opinion, she is not ethical and does not follow through with her promised word. I will not return for her for services. She must not need my business. Just to be fair I have written an email to customer service at this facility and I am still awaiting a response.Here is the nutshell: When I had my initial consult for filler at which time, I was given a quote for Voluma X2 **** and RHA **** $/ for a 3200$ total with a 1000$ off family discount for a total of **** $. When I presented for my appointment (April 24) ***** had told me the plan had changed, but she did not tell me that the family discount was rescinded. I was given filler 2 syringes along with *****. When I checked out, I was not given any type of discount as initially promised. I questioned the total without the discount and the lady spoke with ***** and she had just said that the plan changed. I was shocked that my discount was rescinded with no explanation. I felt as if I was lured under false pretense and then nope no discount. I really think that ***** is very talented in her craft, so I didnt want to stop receiving her services, but this situation has bothered me since I left the office. I still have a copy of the note in which the original quote was placed. Just be true to your word.
