    I ordered this tshirt for a gift for Christmas. When I gave it to him, he washed it prior to wearing it. When he washed it, he did not put it in the dryer, and the dryer white ink faded into the sleeves and front. I contacted this company immediately when he showed me the shirt. Remember, this is a Christmas gift so I ordered it prior to Christmas. The company not only didnt respond to my first 5 emails, when they finally responded and said it was too late to exchange. I was shocked! I expected more from this site because or what the twins represent on their site. Now; my friend who was a faithful listen to the brothers; will no longer watch or support them due to their company and lack of ANY customer support!! I want a refund. Dont send me a code for a future discount on merch. I wont use it. I want what is fair.

    Order #SH266551 Ordered Xmas gifts, a hoodie and a tshirt on 12/5. No email or communication saying the order would be late so I reached out asking for a refund. They said they were behind but orders are going out. So I waited and emailed again on 12/14. Was told it being shipped today and will receive tracking info shortly. Its now 12/18 and no tracking info. Asked for refund and will see how long that takes. Spent over $100. Very disappointing considering who these guys are.

    Have tried to cancel subscription. Talked with someone but they keep billing my acct. Credit card.

    Good afternoon! I apologize for the frustrations! You had two VIP subscriptions. When we spoke, they were both cancelled and your most recent $9 renewal charge was refunded for both of those. Because of our 30 day refund policy, we let you know that we could not refund your previous charges. Since those charges have been disputed, I am unable to issue a refund. I am going to issue you store credit for the total amount of those charges ($45). You will receive that code in your email shortly.

    Ordered 3 items. A hat, a hoodie, and a t-shirt on May 26th. A package arrived on June 12th with only a hoodie, no hat, t-shirt, or even a packing list. Have emailed the company multiple times, tried the chat on the store, and called the numbers on the web site, and the one here. I have not got any response, not even an automated one. My order number was Order #SH164951, and was $102.

    Buyer BEWARE! This is the second time I have not received my product that I ordered. The first time, after about 5 emails I was refunded. I decided to give them a second chance because everyone one has bad days. My husband, a veteran loves them, and I truly wanted to get him something from their shop. I ordered on May 31, 2023. It is now June 13, 2023. THIS time I have emailed them twice, called their number on their website (which went to voicemail of another named company), and texted the same number and have heard nothing back. This is an unacceptable business practice.I have no idea what has become of this company. Back 2022 they were really good, no issues. This year forget about it! I would like a full refund on my order SH176953 And one last thing. For all the others out there, especially the military families that have been treated this way by your company, you owe us all an apology. Shame on you!

    Attempted to cancel reoccurring VIP account, phone number removed from billing transaction on card, phone number I did find goes to email. No return calls, the sign up did not create an account, it states no such email exists. No response to email to cancel. Please cancel my account!

    On January 14, 2023, I purchased (Order #SH102447) a pack of wristbands ($15), a pack of stickers ($15), and a HodgeTwins/Bigly VIP Club Membership ($9/mo). I have no received any of the proposed membership benefits that were to be included with my membership subscription, yet continue to be charged $9/mo. These funds are collected by GoBigly.com, but when I go to the website there is no place to cancel the membership and the help line phone number just goes to voicemail. When I try to log into the HodgeTwins VIP website, it does not recognize my email despite my membership and that I have received emails previously regarding that membership. There is no clear way to cancel the subscription, and I can't seem to get a response anywhere.

    I orders a few stickers from this site and have been charged $9 ever since. No way to cancel I will probably just have to get me a new card so the transaction will fail.

    I placed an order on the 5th of December for $88 worth of items (Two shirts, two hats). The items I ordered were supposed to be Christmas presents for my husband and his father-in-law. I checked before ordering and it said shipping is CURRENTLY taking 4-9 business days, that's obviously not the case. What I am mainly angry about is the fact that I have emailed the "customer support" 3 times now and haven't received a response back. I have "chatted" with the assistant on the page and they said they would get back to me and never did. I just want to know when to expect my package because if it is after Christmas I would like to cancel. I feel if I was to decide to cancel it would be nothing but a hassle! I definitely wish I would have googled the reviews before ever buying. It seems to me they have a big problem in the shipping department.

    My son started a VIP account that was supposed to be easy to cancel, and account in which credit was recieved for future purchases etc. There is no account, no way to access a account the 24/7 customer service goes straight to voicemail with no return calls. No response to emails or messages. I've filed for the last 2 charges as fraud payment for goods/services not recieved. I've successfully cancelled any further charges through paypal. Do not do business with this fraudulent company.
