    They was doing some transmission work on my car November 2 2021 for a price of ****. Then on nov 22 2021 told me I need to pay **** now and pay the rest when the job was finished took him the money the same day I have a receipt. Long story short he told me the car would be ready in one to two weeks. The two weeks go by im asking bout my car he tells me waiting on parts he cheking the delivery date says it supposed to be here but the parts never come. These excuses keep going all the way until may 25 2022 I asked for a refund. I didnt get my partial refund until June 9th he only refunded a **** dollars more excuses I said ok just give me the rest later he was still saying waiting on the parts he returned to be approved for refund. He still owes me 900 dollars he pays the off 50 dollars here and there. I have all the transactions in my cashapp thats the only way he sends me the money. To top it off I take my car to get fix some where Im missing parts such as my torque converter and a speed sensor of some kind I have that receipt from the other company where they charge for the torque converter and speed sensor. As of today he owes me 750 he says he going to pay me but nothing has happened i message him on several occasions during the week and no response I told him I dont want to go this route but he leaves me no choice I have all the text messages from day one about everything.
