    Unfortunately, my family and I had a horrible experience with Custom Systems HVAC. They installed a new HVAC system in our house approximately two years ago. In December of 2021, we lost heat. Three employees spent over eight hours at our house, managed to fix the heat, but told us the AC would need more work. Given that it was December, we were okay with this information. The company never came back to finish the job, despite multiple calls and email requests pleading for their attention. Finally, in despair, we called another HVAC provider. The repair cost us an additional $3K on a not quite three-year old system that we purchased from Custom Systems, and we are still not done with all of their mistakes. The second HVAC company provided a detailed written narrative and pictures to show us the errors Custom Systems HVAC made when they installed the new HVAC system. The wiring was extremely faulty. A new motherboard was needed. The systems were crossed. The upstairs got no AC, while the downstairs was freezing because the system had been improperly installed. Our dampers were totally destroyed. All of this resulted in nearly 20 gallons of water needing to be siphoned out of our unit. Our overall experience was horrible, and we recommend any future customers of Custom Systems HVAC to proceed with extreme caution. They talk a good game, but they have poor technicians.
