      LCW management managed a rental property I own. This company collected a security deposit from the tenant. LCW no longer handles the rental. Yet they retained the security deposit and have ignored request to send to the owner of the property. Not responding to request to deal with this issue

      LCW Management in Clemmons North Carolina was managing my rental property in Advance NC. I stopped receiving payments from the rent income in Aug of this year, even though the renters were paying the rent. I have changed management company's now, but funds including the security deposit from the tenants were not transferred to the new management company. Two checks were written for the funds, but both checks bounced. Now they will not answer calls or return calls. I have checked google reviews of the company and there are many other people who are stating the same thing has happened to them.

      LCW Management LLC manages rental properties for the owners of rental properties. Elizabeth C. W**** is the owner of the business. Liz manages 3 properties for ** ** **** *** and 3 properties for ** ** **** ***. For the months of October, November, and December 2023, Liz has not paid Sam and Roxanne any rents for their six properties. She has bounced payment-checks. She has made up excuses. We have fired LCW Management LLC. The amount owed to us (including deposits) is $33,901.00. Liz will not return our calls. She is indifferent to the fact that she could be indicted, lose her real estate license, or have liens placed against her property.

      We signed a contract with a property manager by the name of Liz ***** back in April of 2023. We have been having significant issues here in the last month or so with her. First of all, she has been late in getting us our rent payment from the tenants 4 out of 4 months that they have been there. It is now December 5th and we have not yet received the November rent payment (which is due on November 1st). We have tried to get in touch with Liz ***** to figure out why she has not paid us and have been unsuccessful. She will not answer any calls. She only responds in short messages via text, telling us that she will pay us tomorrow, and of course that does not happen. She is currently violating multiple rules of the contract that we signed. Most notably, III F and G, which states she should provide periodic reports and monthly statement of all charges and accruals. We have not received a single statement at all. We ultimately would like to terminate our contract with Liz ***** amicably. However, I do not see this happening because we simply cannot get in touch with her. Any help at all would be appreciated. Contract attached below.
