5 stars**** and his team were professional from start to finish. Not only was the project finished on time and as promised, but the quoted price was affordable and accurate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

5 starsLet me start by saying that my history with contractors has not been good. We had our house built in 2006 and have needed many repairs since then. Rarely have I been satisfied with the results and I have never been VERY satisfied. This is the first 5-star review I have ever given. These folks are the BEST!!! Saul is absolutely a trustworthy gentleman. He reviewed my roofing options with me but didn't try to pressure me into choosing a particular option. When I asked for suggestions he was helpful in providing them. He sent me pics of the work when they got started. He was on-site regularly to inspect the work and answer any questions I had. He quickly responded to all text messages. I had leaks in the roof which was one of the reasons I chose to replace the roof. After the roofing was done I still had one leak. I then realized the leak was coming from a chimney problem and not the roofing. Saul could have just told me that it wasn't their problem and that I needed to call a chimney repairman (and he would have been right to do so). Instead, he and one of his crewmen came out several times until they found the source of the leak. They even got up on the roof with a garden hose and tested it to make sure they had the problem figured out. It was a problem with the chimney as I suspected. They fixed the problem for a fraction of what it would have cost to replace the chimney, which is what I had planned to do. They did great work and I could not have asked for a better experience. I wished they did other home repairs so I could use them for other projects. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saul and his crew!Southland Roofing & Improvement, Inc.
