      -Booked this service for a wedding shuttle between two hotels and our wedding venue, for drop-off and pick-up -First deposit made on 12/22/23 for $200, confirming to hold the shuttle for my date with a 35-passenger bus, noted in the invoice sent from the company -Second payment made on 10/21/24 for $1,350 via Venmo to the vendor's personal ***** account operating as a business account. We were told the morning of if we did not pay this the way he had requested then he would cancel our service and not return our deposit -The business committed to providing a 35-passenger bus between two hotels and our venue for drop-off and pick-up, drop-off was 3pm & 3:30pm, pick-up was 9pm & 11pm. The driver had admitted via email he did not follow our agreed upon times, even after a screenshot was provided showing that he agreed to our pick-up time. He had also claimed that we put him at a disadvantage because he double-booked our bus reserved in Dec. 2023, did not answer our phone calls for 30 minutes past pick-up time and claimed he had to tip the driver himself which I believe is a lie because I believe he was the shuttle driver on this night.-He has since blocked mine and my Husband's numbers and threatened to counter-sue me for trying to resolve the matter with a partial refund for services not delivered, I gave him the opportunity to resolve it individually instead of taking it to Small Claims. Since I had sent him a full list of events on how he had mishandled everything, he has not responded.-I have currently reported his personal Venmo account for operating as a business account (which bypasses tax stipulations and does not allow for customers to dispute transactions) and have opened a case with ***** account specialists to assist in whatever way they can -I also plan on filing a Small Claims case as there has been no response from the vendor aside from false accusations even after being presented with the information on how we did not receive the services we paid for
