    Took me for $245.00 Nothing but lies and incompetence. Had me tech in the following day to fix everything they f@#*ed up. Had to close my checking account to avoid the scammers.

    This company is totally unscrupulous! They list themselves ** on the internet. Upon calling thinking I was connecting with *************** for my new printer they proceeded to say there was a charge of $336.00 to connect my new printer. Not knowing any better I agreed. When I called back two days later because all my Excel files were deleted in the process of them getting into my computer, a Jamaican man answered and said "no refunds". This is clearly a scam. First, I had a warranty on my brand new printer. Shame on me for not thinking this through clearly but I would warn anybody stay away from this company!
