    I placed an order (**********) on April 27th. After not hearing anything for a week, I reached out and was told it would be mailed by the end of the following week. Since that communication on May 4th, no responds to my request. I paid $41.99 for my order and have requested on numerous occasions (in writing) for a refund. In looking at comments on ********* it appears that this business is scamming people out of money. I just want what I ordered or a refund.

    October 11, 2023 I paid close to $500 ($50 shipping). I was sent a tracking link on October 29. When I clicked on the link there was no information. Contacted Parker and Company on Oct 30 and again on Oct 31. I contacted them a third time on Nov 1 and told half of my order went out today. The other half would go out tomorrow (Nov.2) and be delivered the day after I received the first half. Nov 2 I received half of the order and expected the second half on Nov 3 because thats what I was told. Contacted Parker and Company November 7, November 9, November 12, and again today November 14 with no response or explanation as to where the second half of my $500 order is at. I have requested a refund. I paid $50 shipping and havent received everything and the half I did get was not in a timely manner and only after I contacted them several times did I receive it.
