      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have continued to leave voice-mails and leave messages with the call center who has reached out to the business and no one has contacted me.

      We saw the patient on 3/24/25 and submitted a pre-treatment estimate to her ***************** UHC we received the estimate back on 4/1/25 and submitted estimate to her secondary insurance to see if they would cover any additional cost for the patient. Patient called on 5/1/25 I advised the patient we had not received a response from Delta dental on the estimate so I resubmitted it to Delta electronically and also maied the pre treatment estimate to the mailing address and advised patient as soon as I receive the estimate I would call her. As of today 7/7/25 we still have not gotten a response from ************ on the estimate. We will resend the information to ************ again for the patient.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      They are obviously having an issue communicating to delta dental. Have they tried to call them and see if there is another way of submitting it. They have informed me they have tried but I don't think it should take 4 months to get a pretreatment estimate.

      I have spoken with ************ today and was advised to access the ************ Portal and do a manual pretreatment estimate which I have submitted and it is currently showing it is in the processing stages we should receive a finalized estimate from ***** in the next 2 days. Below is a confirmation showing they are processing from Delta Dental

      I moved from ********** before i left I had paid in full for a dental package that included a temporary partial and a permanent partial that included any work done to partial during service to be covered. I moved to ********** and asked could my case and account be transferred to ************* to the Affordable Dentures here. It was transferred in 2024. I went for a visit Dr *** is who I saw and he examined me and told me I need to see another dentist whom he referred me to. After seeing that dentist and paying an additional $150 for xrays it was determined that I would have to pay more for the fillings that Dr *** referred me to get. I could not afford to pay as I am on a fixed income and I am now disabled. I called ******* **** who handles transfer of funds and let him know i would need to be transferred to the location closer to my home at ************** due to my medical situation and months later i never heard back from him until i called and let them know that its been long and drawn out and due to health reasons I wouldnt be able to proceed with service and would like the balance of $550 refunded. He told me he would contact the Colfax and let them know i wish to be refunded the balance. I get a call back over a week later stating the other location has agreed to see me. I told him i no longer want to move forward and I wouldnt be able to do multiple visits with them in order to get the service fulfilled due to my medical conditions. I spoke with ******* **** on several occasions who let me know that he would contact them and tell them I rather not go forward. O get a call last week from a lady who told me Dr *** said I was not getting my balance refunded because of the time passed. This confused me because one, he never did anything to me other than an xray and sent me to dentist not even connected to them that I had to pay for out of pocket to see. He had a chance to complete the service and sent me somewhere else. I paid initially $1000 and $550 balance

      I have not heard from the business about my BBB complaint. 

      hem himself to keep them from continually cutting into his gums and making him bleed. For the whole 7 months he was unable to eat with them in his mouth. I called recently to make the appointment to get the permanent set. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked will we owe any money on this visit so we were prepared. And I was told, NO you owe no balance. My husband goes in at 7am this morning and they tell him they refuse to do the bottom set unless he buys a top set. When we refused and said we wanted a refund they said oh well wait until the dr gets here at 8. I feel like this was a bait and switch. After having to make a stink and much stress they finally agreed to make the set that has been paid for since February.

      Our record indicates that we had seen the patient ******* ***** on 2/15/2023 for the initial consult. Patient was indicated for full lower tooth extractions followed by immediate temporary lower denture. We also explained to him that he would need to get a new upper complete denture at the time he gets the permanent lower denture due to excessive wear on his current upper denture.

      On 9/15/2023, patient came in for his permanent dentures. We explained to the patient that he needs to get a new upper denture in order for him to have a good bite. His upper denture had excessive wear all around especially toward the front teeth. Patient declined and we proceeded to fabricate his permanent lower complete denture. Benefits and risks were discussed with the patient and patient confirmed that he only wanted to have the lower denture made. Permanent lower denture was delivered same day.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Most likely because they know I'm right! Is there anything else you can do to get them to reply to my complaint? I appreciate all that you are doing. Thank you.
