      Went to get my daughters oil changed on her older ****** Rides good , never leaked oil or had any issues, after I left and came home, oil flooded all in the driveway. The tech that changes her oil had pulled me aside prior to leaving their facility. Advising me giving me some story about her oil pan and advised me to go back to the last person that changed it and tell them they stretched something in the pan. I was then told he was going to **** the oil from the top of the motor with a suctioner to get the old oil out. It was a very weird story but I didnt pay it any mond. However until this evening , oil is everywhere. I need answers, I will be filing complaint at state and federal agencies if this issue isnt taken care of. Granted its an older car, however there was no issues or oil issues prior to taking care to this location, not one. It is a great dependable car for her to get to school her last year and now this. I knew the tech seemed suspicious while telling me that hes going to suction oil from the top when they was already under bottom of the hood. If he didnt want to do oil change the way it is normally done, then why is my childs car leaking oil. I will also be contacting the attorney generals office, someone will be held reliable for inefficient services.

      Contacted customer and customer brought car back to shop.  She was showed no leaks and was recommended a new oil pan because it was damaged prior to us touching vehicle.  Customer left satisfied after shown and explained today.

      April 6th 2024.We needed to replace the bearings on our vehicle. They stated at 11 am it would take 1 hour as we had done the hard work by removing the spindles for them l. We cam back 1 1/2 later and they stated they needed more time. The were having issues getting the old bearings out. They said another hour. We came back they said that a whole bunch of cars came in and they were assisting them. It is a first come first serve place. We left and cam back another hour later. They still did not have wither done. I asked for them back and said I would cut my losses. We lived 30ish minutes from there and had been killing time the whole day waiting for them to finish. He goes to get them and comes back ***** minutes later and says he broke the bearing on 1 and has to order new ones and they are almost through with the other. I told him we wanted them back this was 4:45 pm So we ended up having to take 1 home with a missing part, they give us the other back the next day because they broke something and had to wait for the replacement part. The spindles would not go back on the truck. We notified ***** of the missing part and the spindles, they denied everyrhing. So we had to pay 125 out of pocket to tow to a mechanic who informed us that the bearings were both broken and the spindles were bent. The recommendation was to replace them. I again notified the DM and he said the franchisee owner would not be paying the 1400 that spindles cost. I was charged ******. Due to the truck being inoperable for a month, we had to transfer our son to a different high school because that was his daily drive to his charter school 36 mi uses away from home. So we had to transfer him to the high school I n which his dad works. Our son went there for 2 years. The DM and owner thought it was fair to just reimburse the towing and what we paid *****. So 625 total. That did not even cover what were out with the mechanic to fix. We still need spindles replaces and labor covered for that.

      I have spoken to this customer several times.   I offered her a full refund of what she was charged at our location along with the tow expense.  She stated to be this was fair and agreed this would satisfy her complaint.  I sent her a check in the amount of $625.00.  After receiving the check the customer continued to file complaints with ***************** that she wanted more money.  Both ***************** and our company feel we took care of the issue and original complaint that was agreed upon by both parties.

      I had my oil changed at speedee oil change in November and found that my oil filter wasn't tight and over time all my oil have leaked out and was sitting in the under cover of my car. When I seen the leak I took my car to the nearest shop which was precision tune auto and the technician tightened up my filter and added oil so I can make it home to get more oil.

      He can contact the store and I will inform management to give him a refund on a credit card of $109.  I'm refunding this just to move on, by no means am I agreeing that we did anything wrong.  In 30 years of working and owning automotive shops will a vehicle go ***** plus miles with a loose oil filter.  The warranty on your receipt is just for 30 days.  Lastly if the oil filter was not installed properly, you wouldn't have been able to drive for 48 hours after leaving our shop.

      I had the absolute worst experience of my life dealing with this business. I got my oil changed in December. I drove less than **** miles my car was a 2016 and it only had ****** miles on it. My car should not have had any issues! My car broke down this past Sunday. I had my car towed to speedee for them to look at it but at this point there was no oil in my car and they were the last people to work on my car. It was so dry that it broke the timing chain and caused my engine to seize up, therefore I was told I needed to replace my whole engine. speedee did not want to take any accountability for the fact that day did not do my oil change the correct way/ missed something..there is no way that they did everything correctly! I would have noticed issues well before if it were the oil consumption Speedee tried to play it off to be. Anyway to top all of that off the tow truck driver let me know that when he went to pick my car up to take it to the *** dealership that ***** the manager was VERY DISRESPECTFUL (I guess thats how people act when they know they are in the wrong and dont want to take accountability) when the tow driver asked for him to move a car since mine was blocked in so he could get my car. ***** responded with. No this is my parking lot. Good luck getting it out. I will never do business with speedee ever again and I highly recommend that one else either, my friend called and asked for corporate or the owners number and ***** did not want to provide that information instead ***** wanted to become combative and defensive with my friend because she was asking the proper questions. As woman we are taken advantage of when it comes to this industry. My car was fine and taken very good care of! I am now out of a car that I had, had for only 4 years. It was less then 10 years old and less then ******* miles. Speedee knows they are at fault but of course they dont want to fix it. This is disgusting and sad. This car is how I took care of my family.

      I understand the customers frustration.  The vehicle when it arrived had oil in it and we have pictures.  We performed several checks and there was no leaking of any oil.  ******* change was completed over 4 months ago and the car had ***** more miles.  If our shop did something wrong the issues with the vehicle would have occurred almost immediately not 4 months and over ***** miles.  That is why we denied responsibility along with the warranty was expired.
