***** ********************* Son of **** Scott stated he worked for Real Race Cars looked at my **** FE 352 Big Block engine to rebuild it. I agreed to have him rebuild the engine and he took it from my house. Later ***** became incoherent to talk to then he stopped contacting me. I called law enforcement to assist in returning my engine then I was told it had been sold. I Sued ***** Scott and won the case. However have been unable to collect anything from the judgement. Now I have found out that my engine is still in Real Race Cars shop and being held by **** Scott the owner/manager of Real Race Cars. All attempts to get the items return have failed. Email contact has only resulted in threats.

Mr ******* has an issue with my youngest Son. My son according to Mr. ******* used our name Real Race Cars **** as to obtain & perform some work for Mr. ******** My Son does not work for Real Race Cars **** and did not at the time Mr ******* agreed to use my son for the work he wanted performed. My Son, if he used our name to obtain the work from Mr ******* did not have permission from real race cars **** The issue is with my son & not real race cars. Mr. ******** sued my son in a small claims court & prevailed in the law suit. He has not collected the funds from my son, so he's attempting to involve real race cars to obtain satisfaction in his suit. It does not involve us, has not involved us & is strickly an issue with my youngest son who is the responsible party.

I am rejecting this response because: Mr ***** ******************** is well aware that my engine parts are in his possession. He was unwilling to attempt to give these items back to me unless I wrote a note stating I would drop the law suit if I received them back, ***** ******************** his son uses the business to perform services related to Real Race Cars,  ***** ******************** is a key holder and lives on the premise's  So to claim that Real race Cars has no part in this is outright incorrect. I don't understand how ***** ******************** being the owner/manager claims he is unable to collect these items. I have offered to come to this business with an officer to assist with his "Out of Control" son as he has stated.

This will go on & on with Mr ******** The bottom line is I'm am going to get my Lawyer involved in this now. Mr ******* won a ******* judgement against my Son ****** that is what he valued the engine at, which is way to much for a older worn out engine. That being the fact of the matter does not involve me. For all practical purposes the engine can be thrown into the scrap yard since he won the judgement. He cannot have both. Since he won judgement and cannot get the money because ***** doesn't have 2 ******* to rub together he's come after real race cars,I'm not having it.

He gave the engine to 2 convicted drug addicts to rebuild. He never picked up a phone & called the Real Race Cars & inquired about a rebuild on his engine. I would have told him we do not rebuid Automotive engines. I get calls for such all of the time. I would have told him then, ***** does not work for Real Race Cars and does not represent us. I'm done with this. I will give this to my Lawyer. I did my best to help him resolve the issue with my Son, for Mr ******* to no avail with *****. I cannot involve myself in a judgement against a ********************************************* not. I cannot beat him make him do what Mr. ******* wants, but I can sure defend myself from slander he has been he is doing on ************ & my spotless reputation with the Better Business Bureau.
