    8/1/2024 ****** paid via two payment (****** to his company)Build two floating docks, remove dual axles from under food trailer (leave them on the property), remove tounge from trailer, place trailer into docks, put two pilons in to hold docks, and build 8 floating picnic tables.He came two times, then said he didnt have the funds to finish and asked me to pay a little *** **** the half down. I gave him the remainder. he never showed back up and stole my wheels and axles. Called many times and have record of ALL calls and txts. After telling him was going to get a alwyer, he then called and was very angry refusing to do anything the assist. He stole 4K worth of wheels and axles leaving my food truck on a ***** and a log for support. Dock not secured in the water with a tropical storm coming. I am out 14K and the job not finished with a dock i cant use that is poorly built.I found him on Marketplace and seemed ligit. I have reported this to the police and obtained an attorney.He has done this to MANY people.

    **************, signed a contract with me In February 2024 to build a floating dock. He poured a small concrete pad and arranged the floats we had. He added some assembled 2x10s on top of them. He took the amount of money stated below and never returned. Sounds like a common theme from others I have spoke with. It has been four months and I have to take it too court to get the money back. I just dont want others to be a victim like myself, a retired military vet who trust most peoples word.
