    We have only had this service for a month and are canceling the service is horrible! No customer support. After they get you to give the credit card you never hear from them. Our dental office was not able to utilize the service, and we were told at the demo it was so easy and just 3 clicks and your prescriptions are off! Not true! Upon trying to cancel I was told we would have to pay for the whole year! This is ridiculous as we have not used the service (other than the 1 prescription) and its only been 1 month and we cannot get support. Too time consuming for a busy dental office WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

    The service is awful. Payment was taken right away and each month, but, No training was provided. After a lot of back and forth the finally sent me info via email on how to access their service, by this time another payment had been taken, By the time another payment was taken we had used the service for 3 emails. My dental practice was sold. The new doctor did not want this email service. I tried to cancel it, but the company said their policy was an annual contract. There is no provision for exceptions. I had to pay for a year service in order to cancel this service.I do NOT reccommend ICoreConnect. It is not user friendly, you cannot reach anyone on the phone to help and you had best be sure you will use it for 1 year or you will have to pay!
