    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services I received at New World Dentistry in *******, **. My experience involved both subpar dental cleanings and what I believe to be unethical accounting practices leading to overcharges.Regarding the dental cleanings: During my appointment cleanings felt rushed and incomplete. The poorest cleaning, especially flossing, I've ever ************** more significant issue lies with the billing and accounting practices. I was charge one price for a specific procedure, but the explanation from my insurance provider showed I was overcharged. When I questioned these charges, the explanations were vague and unconvincing. It felt as though the practice was intentionally adding fees to inflate the cost of my treatment. This lack of transparency and the apparent overcharging are deeply concerning and feel unethical.Due to the poor quality of care during cleanings and the dishonest billing practices, I cannot recommend New World Dentistry in *******, **. I urge others to carefully review their bills and ensure they understand all charges before receiving treatment. I hope the BBB will investigate these issues to protect other potential patients.

    Dear Mr ******** we are deeply saddened that you are Unable to Understand your out of pocket Copay for your One Posterior Composite Filling. Your very first Visit to us you were very satisfied and on your own gave us a 5 Star Rating on ****** because you enjoyed your experience at the Practice, yes you have now retracted that review because You do not Understand your charges.Your Very first Preventive Cleaning visit you had a significant bill from your cleaning services which You chose not to pay for the next 6 months ,even thought it was clearly stated by your insurance that you owed us the monies ;until you had to pay it at the time of your filling appointment 6 months after your first visit. This Outstanding Balance made your copay for your filling Higher that what we quoted on your written Treatment Plan which we explained to you previously and you signed after the consultation that you did get an adequate cost breakdown of your required treatment. You took the Written Treatment plan home and you had 6 months to look over it and ask your insurance Company about the amount of Copay. You also have the Sole option to not get the treatment procedure done if you do not agree with the amount of Copay. On your day of treatment you Paid your copay Upfront, you did not receive a bill from us, You Paid in Full Upfront and this was your Next Opportunity to decline both treatment and the copay. We have Explained to you ******** times that ************** Does Not Cover White Fillings on Posterior Teeth, that ************** Plan Will *** as if You Received a Silver Amaglam Filling. Since we are placing a White Posterior Composite filling in Your Mouth ,You are Hereby Responsible for the Price Difference, you agreed and paid the copay , You received the White Filling, the ***************** reimbursed us for a Silver Filling which is why ************** Company agrees with our decision. If you did not want to pay the Price Difference for a white filling, you had ******** Opportunities to decline treatment. We are Very Transparent in treatment planning and out of pocket costs to our patients. We allow Our Patients to tackle their treatment plan at their own Pace and according to their ******************** Abilities. Dentistry is Irreversible, we can not take out your white filling from your mouth and fully refund you. It is Very Unfair for you to ask us after you have received treatment which is irreversible ;to Refund you your money because you have decided after receiving complete treatment and giving us a 5 Star Positive review on ****** Online, that you Now want a refund knowing fully well You did not get a Silver Filling. We have tried to resolve this with you in Person and with a joint call with your *****************. And yet you do not want to acknowledge the simple facts of that You Got a White Filling and not a Silver filling and that there is a price difference that you are responsible for . We are happy to continue in conversation with you regarding this issue. We will always be Transparent and Give our Patients the Best Customer experience and Exceptional ********************** treatment they Deserve. Always.

    Dr. ******************** is a really good dentist. She understood how scared I was of the dentist and she made my visit as comfortable as possible and all the staff are very very nice and helpful.
