    Our experience with Providence Restoration was horrible. They didnt complete the full work leaving a light fixture uninstalled, damaged brand new $2,000 countertops, installed the wood on the outside of our house incorrectly, left a pile of debris on my front porch for two weeks after the job was complete, installed the kitchen island crooked, and lied to us about filing an insurance claim. And for all this, they gave an $80 credit for not installing the light fixture on our $21,000 invoice.I highly suggest anyone reading this review to avoid this company at all cost.

    Stay far away from this business. Their assistant manager left an active leak in our upstairs bathroom overnight, causing damage to our downstairs bedroom. In other words, they took a problem and made it infinitely worse. The assistant manager tried to tell me the downstairs damage was not his fault and a separate issue. They didn't own up to their own error until we brought in a third party to verify. Rather than act professionally and quickly to fix the issue, they've jerked us around for weeks since. In addition to poor service, lack of expertise, and zero communication, they work hard to limit negative web reviews. Their contract includes an illegal nondisparagement clause which threatens their customers with a $500 fine if they post negative reviews about them online. This should have been a red flag for me and it is in direct violation to the *** and federal law. They are the worst vendor experience I've ever had. Run, don't walk, to another restoration company!

    Worst experience ever! Paid up front for a small area of drywall , trim, and paint to be done after a pipe leaked in my wall. Started with water damage restoration in May, had to remove the hot water heater. I was without hot water for a month, as well as no washing machine. Finally got the drywall in, still waiting for painting and trim to be done and my washing machine put back and hooked up. This whole project is going on 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I was told it would be done this week, no call from the project manager, just left in limbo after paying alot.of money! DO NOT USE PROVIDENCE RESTORATION!!!!!

    WORST company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. My floors were put in a year and a half ago and my floors are buckling. Every time I try to call to get someone to return my call it never happens. No communication, no call backs, no floors fixed. DON'T give them your money!
