    There has been a flash sale that has been going on every day for at least 2 months now. Each flash sale says it will end at midnight and to buy now with no option to refund. Thinking it was a good deal I was suckered into buying immediately only to find out the person I was gifting the experience wasnt able to go. Within hours I have called back to try to get it refunded and have called back numerous time throughout a month where I have repeatedly been left on hold for hours or where the people on the lower end of the ladder have said that every manager was on lunch break numerous times throughout the day. I would like to get a refund for this case but I also plan on filing a class action lawsuit against the company for their fraudulent advertising of flash sales. Even the Black Friday sale they are having is the same. Fake markdowns in goods and services is not a good practice not is leaving customers on hold for hours and taking lunch breaks every hour. I have also tried to dispute it but my credit card company wasnt successful due to their no refunds policy. One of the times we actually managed to get someone higher ranking to speak with us they said they would give us a refund to cancel the dispute but as soon as we cancelled it they said they would not anymore. The pictured embedded show screenshots of the website advertising fake markdowns every day showing the exact same price even though each sale was supposed to end.

    I purchased a ticket for the racing experience the end of 2022. We were never told at time of purchase that the track would be closing in 2023 for an undisclosed amount of time and that we would be unable to use the ticket we purchased.The only option this company offered me was to drive to another racetrack to use. This is not cost effective for me since the nearest racetrack is 4 hour away.I am requesting full refund as none of this was disclosed to my at time of purchase.I would never have purchased the ticket had I known the race track was closing and I would not be able to use it for who knows how many years.

    Hello.  The customer purchased a "Dollar Amount Gift Certificate" in the amount of $300. (she shared as an attachment in original complaint).  As stated in the Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions-"Gift Certificates never expire and can be used at any of our nationwide locations" and "there are no refunds for any reason".   **************** has spoken with the customer over the phone and gave her the option of using this gift certificate at any of the 19 nationwide speedways offered.  If she wants to use the Gift Certificate at ******************- that speedway has closed and is under construction.  But the $300 Gift Certificate is still valid as it is not speedway specific.  We are happy to honor the gift certificate and will. assist her with making a reservation.
