    Unfortunately, this company bought out the company I normally dealt with. But I never got past getting a quote for repair of a bad fan blade. They wanted $700 to replace a fan and then said it would be another $700 if the motor was bad. They didn't even use a tool; they didn't check to see if the motor was bad. I found a more trustworthy provider (local, not a corporation) that replaced the fan and checked the system for $300.00. Horizon has officially lost not only my business but also four other households of family and friends! Horizon Services of *******, **, are nothing but corporate scam artists trying to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I do not wish to hear from ********************** or anyone from their business. Just hoping this helps someone before they get scammed.
