    I have with nationwide ins for over **************************************** the basement I really dont think it had been going on maybe 2 or 3 months lately I havent had a lot of hot water so I had someone to come out and put a new thermostat in! He did it got a little better so my son-in-law came out to check the water pipes that was boarded up in a crawl space it was pouring water we cant determine how long ot has been going on !long story short they denied the claim saying it wasnt a sudden burst! Last year we had a storm and there was a leak in around the bath room ceiling I used who they told me to use then a couple weeks ago they sent the same company out to check just a different person he said it hadnt been properly installed they were going to charge me 450 dollars so I called the roofing company that did it before and he fixed at no charge now my bath room has so much mold in the ceilingThe owner of the nationwide ins ***** talked to me like I was and idiot I finally just hung up on him but Im getting a lawyer and I have texted some of the news stations to come out and look at this!im a widow for 4years now and was in a accident 3 years ago that has caused me to have 3 rotator cuffs surgeries in 3 years I dont go in the basement because Im scared Ill fall down the steps!Thank you for allowing me to make this complaint!

    We want to clarify that while our agency assists with managing of the policy, we do not make decisions regarding claims. The final decision on the recent claim was made by ********************. They sent a claims adjuster who conducted a thorough investigation of the damages. After reviewing the details, it was determined that the damages are not covered under the terms of the policy.
