    Like the other customer here, I had been using ********************** for a few years now. Each year I paid a flat fee for starting up and shutting down my irrigation system. In the fall of 2021, I paid in advance for these services in 2022. I never received the services even after repeated attempts of leaving messages and sending texts and emails. I did receive 2 texts that they were behind, but then I never heard from them again and had to hire someone else. I paid Irrigation MD for service and never received it. The least they could do is refund my money. I did ask via email for a refund and received no response. I do not recommend this company.

    My husband sent an email in February 2022 to get our irrigation system turned back on. Irrigation MD had winterized for us in 2021. I started texting with *** in March 2022. He explained they were behind but they would get to us... March and April went by and we still hadn't seen them. I sent a reminder text in May... he will get to us. In June, they came to visit our neighbor... but didn't come to us. I asked why we keep being put on the back burner... and he has now blocked my number. KEEP IN MIND-- WE HAVE USED THEM FOR 3 YEARS. We were dedicated customers. This is no way to treat someone and horrible customer service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
