    I received a statement showing that I had a 0 balance and later I got a call saying that I owe $97 more dollars. I asked for an explanation but never received one and was turned over to collection. I do not feel I owe Invision anything more. I think this is poor business practice.

    In regards to the complaint made by Mr. *********************** regarding his wife, our patient, ***************************.  Our office has a policy to communicate with patients 3 consecutive months following a balance before submitting to a ****************** when nothing has been done to handle the balance. This was done via text and phone calls directly to the patient.

      ***************** has acknowledged receipt of these communication methods and asked for explanation on 7/2/2024.  The staff explained in details what the remaining balance was for. Unfortunately, we never heard back until the case was turned over to the ******************.  At that time, the husband reached out, directly and wanted the explanation.  No matter how much we explained, he didn't understand that although you leave the office with a $0 balance, once we process the insurance claim, there may be co-payments, deductibles and other remaining balance that wasn't considered during the checkout process.  The insurance company determines the remaining balance.
