As a single female I was really worried where to take my car for repairs. I always hear really bad things about shops ripping women off. After being recomended by a few people to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair I gave them a shot. I must say these guys were great! Very Honest, they looked at my car , quoted a price and when I picked it up the bill actually went down because they were able to get me a discount on a part! I won't bring my car anyplace else and have told everyone about the great service and hard to find honesty that I got at Websters! I'm a Customer for life now!! I am quick to report bad things but usually not good things so I decided I needed to report the good news for a change!

Horrible business ethics. After leaving a one star ****** review, I have been continuously harassed by this company. They have called me multiple times, left a voice message and left me VERY lengthy messages on my personal phone at inappropriate hours of the day. I have received 12 or more messages (without ever responding to them). These messages express how upset the business is that I would leave a 1 star review to ruin their reputation and is asking me to delete it. It is completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. Not once did they apologize. Absolutely horrific business ethics. Dont harass customers over reviews. Just because you fixed a problem doesnt negate all the terrible business ethics you displayed around it leaving you invincible to a bad review! Very weird and concerning behavior. I would never feel comfortable stepping foot in this business again.Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Truck Repair

Customer wanted car ************************ in a very short window instead of leaving it for the day like we requested. The belt on her car was original 11 1/2 years old. Rotten / separated and frayed. We had to put a new one on there was no choice. It was bad and upon stretching it off separated further and snapped. It is a stretch belt not typical serpentine. It's a 6 groove stretch belt. It was ripping apart was down to 4 grooves. I charged her exactly what the belt cost us $37.00 at *******'s auto parts. When she came to pay I said your belt was bad, I'm sorry we are covered up and we could not get in there to speak with you on time in the rush to get you in and out. It costs me $37.00 is that ok? She was fine with it once we advised her what a belt was and what it did. Or at least that's what she said. If she had issue I'd of just given it to her. Then at 6;30 she wrote a review that was not truthful. Stating we ruined a part on her car and expected her to pay for it. also she stated "to add insult to injury they charged me market or list price" I left her a message stating that I was sorry and assured her that her belt was bad and due to its condition it broke not because of anything we did but due to its age. I also advised her Market / List price is $81.00 we charged you our cost $37.00. I stated I would credit her card to either stop in or call that I need card or # to credit. The next day I sent her a bunch of pics of her belt (to show condition) , the Oreilly's invoice, as well as an amazon listing for a price above Oreilly's. We all know ****** will have the cheapest part available to show her Oreilly's was less then ******. She chooses to not respond or get her $37.00 back that is up to her. But I don't want the stress of problematic customers. So if she does not want her $37.00 back that is fine. She was apologized to first thing for the misunderstanding and offered $37.00 back. At this point there is nothing more I can do for her , she wants to complain but does not want resolve. I apologized for the miscommunication. There is nothing more I can do for her. Great service! They were able to get me right in and take care of my truck. I quoted several places and they were fairly priced and got me out on the same day so I didn't have to miss work! The staff was very friendly! Thanks so much, guys!Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Truck Repair

2 starsWent to them to have my heater core replace which the heat is working fine but in the process they damaged my dashboard and left my truck dirty on the inside when approached about my concerns I was treated rudely by 2 staff members and threatened very unprofessional but the manager ***** offered me a reimbursement which was all I wanted Im still having issues with my dashboard because they didnt even tell me they broke it ***** did apologize but damage was already doneReview fromDavid S.

Went into Websters and was treated amazing! The waiting room was one of the best Ive been to. Counter staff , service writers and all there were a joy to be around. Will be bringing my entire fleet to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Truck Repair. (Now that I know they do full service auto repair as well as being the best around at Radiator and A/C repair!!
