      Went to shoe show on 5/1/25, while on vacation.I had the employee order me a pair of sandals to be delivered to ****** IL that I had to pay shipping for since my size not in stock. I received my order at my home in ****** IL, only to find they had sent me 2 right sandals. I talked with ****** ***** via email as they do not answer the customer service phone number. She was supposed to send me a replacement and told me I could discard the 2 right sandals. I checked the tracking number and it showed the replacement order was delivered. After checking the tracking information, it shows it was delivered to an address in ponca city, **, to someone elses name entirely. I reached back out to ****** to let her know, and she said they had filled their obligation and I would need to file a claim with **** I did that even though I thought shoe show should have done this. After 10 days, *** said the claim was closed on 6/12, that *** sent shoe show a letter, and that I needed to reach back out to shoe show. I have been trying to reach shoe show the last 3 days and i am not getting a response. I just want my money back including shipping.

      On our about the 24th day of April 2025, I was on the shoe show web site looking for a pair of work boots after looking for about approximately 1hr and making a selection I proceeded to the check out portion of my order. I wanted to have my purchase next day delivery instead of the normal 3-5 days. After reading all my options I chose to have it next day delivery and the charge was 21 no 22 dollars. Now mind you I read all my options very well and I chose to have this extra $22 added to my total so that I could get my merchandise the next day. The next day around 5:00 p.m. when I didn't receive my package I became concerned and made a call to the shoe show office. I then and only then learn from one of its Representatives that next day and their terminology mint next business day which would have put it out three more days since I had ordered on the weekend. Now at no point in their website and you can look at it for yourself at no point did that mention that next day meant next business day and why would anybody pay an extra $22 to have it in the same time frame did that mean that their normal 3 to 5 days would have been actually 6 to 8 days? I mean how many people do they get like this and they just go ahead and take it because they need their package they need to merchandise this is this is a atrocity and for allowing this business to continue to scam and that's what it is a scam allowing this business to continue to scam the American consumer is a disjustice to everybody these people should be made accountable for them millions by now of dollars they have stolen from the American public I would suggest a forensic accountant to look at their books and see how many just how many of these so-called next Day deliveries done on the weekends that go into the next week anyway we're made and make them pay it back

      I ordered shoes from this company on April the 2nd and paid for 2-Day shipping. I user stand that since I ordered after noon on the 2nd that my order was processed on the 3rd. April 3 plus 2 day air shipping means my shoes should have been here April 5. It is April 9 and my shoes are still not here. I want a refund. The shoe company can contact their delivery service about getting their package back.

      I recently created a new account with ********************** ******************** Encore only to have no customer service support regarding ordering shoes. The corporate did not respond to my emails or calls regarding ordering shoes. I was only able to leave a voicemail. On the BBBs website pertaining to Shoe Show Mega, I was able to call corporate ************** and an operator forward my call to ***** ******************* who told me, that I can permanently delete my account and personal information. I proved to *****, that I am in my account, and there is no place within the website to permanently delete my account. She placed me on hold, then came back and told me, that she has to forward the email I sent requesting deletion of my account to her boss. ***** told me, that there is no confirmation email that they send confirming the deletion of my account & personal information. I want confirmation, that my account and personal information has been permanently deleted!

      I ordered shoes they sent me the wrong size and two right shoes and half my order was wrong their policy dictates I should receive a full refund of the shipping for their mistake Since I have been trying to get my money back I've been treated like garbage and rudely talked to especially from a supervisor named ***** and this issue has been going on for a month

      I purchased sneakers on 7/23/23 online from Shoe Show for $64.99. They billed me after I got an email stating that the sneakers were no longer available. I used my credit card to make the purchase and have contacted the bank. I called Shoe Show to speak with someone and they stated that the bank was holding my money. Again I spoke with the bank and they are not holding my money. They clearly need to issue me a refund. Thank You.

      I ordered a pair of sketchers, lace up, shoes. I paid $8 for shipping.They sent me slip ons. I hate slip ons. Their website, conveniently, won't show exactly what I ordered.I send four messages and finally some woman responded. I illustrated again and sent her the picture she requested. I have not heard back because they're trying to run out the 30 day return policy, IMO. I won't wear these ridiculous shoes and I won't drive the far length required to actually return them to a store because I don't have the time and is exactly why I ordered online. I want a full refund plus, the shipping. I will no longer do business with this company.
