I love what ****** amthe manager and this company has done for my home in getting my roof replace for me. It didnt cost me anything but my deductible. I didnt belive it at first until he made it happen. And I saw them on tv helping other people. I highly recomend this company especially ******. Call him Great job on my new roof.

My recent, 9 month, installed roof is leaking thru the first floor drywall. The crawl spaces are saturated, warping, and molding. After three attemps, the roof is now worse. I just dont know what the next step is... No one is concerned with damage done to my home.Best Choice Roofing Charlotte

I am so happy that I was able to get a new roof, and it was all because of ******* *****. He worked with my insurance company and I barley had to be involved. The shingles were beautiful, and it makes my home look amazing. They came in and removed and replaced the roof in just one day.If I didn't have ******* working on my side to get the roof replaced instead of it getting certain areas fixed it never would have happened. He kept in constant contact with regarding the process from the beginning to the end.This company was professional, and their product was excellent, and they had a lot of samples to choose from. I am very happy with the whole process and thanks to ******* and Best Choice Roofing company I have a beautiful roof.Thank youBest Choice Roofing Charlotte

Torrey showed up and was polite and professional. He did a complete inspection of my property and attic and then took the time to explain to me my current roofs issues until I understood. Then he explained to me the process, materials, and benefits of the roof Best Choice Roofing would install as replacement. Great service and quality. I am happy with my roof. *********************** did what he said he would do. He explained the process in full detail and got me a full approval through Nationwide. First of all let me say that we were aware that we had some storm damage to our roof but just was not financially ready to do it. I had been diagnosed with cancer last year and had a major surgery and facing more. When *********************** stopped by our house, he was personable but I immediately him that we couldn't afford a new roof at this time. He assured me that he'd deal with the insurance company. Reluctantly I set up a day and time to come have the guys look at the roof and talk to us. First meeting went well but we told him numerous times again we couldn't afford any out of pocket. He got the info from our insurance company and explained all of that to me. It was at this time that he informed me that our part would be ******* plus some new decking at ***** per piece. No matter how hard I tried to explain to him that we couldn't do that at this time he kept pushing. He wanted to bring papers by for us to sign but my husband wasn't available but he insisted they needed to be signed by the end of the month and that my husband could sign them later. Reluctantly I agreed for him to stop by and I told him numerous times I was not comfortable signing them without my husband. He assured me in a pushy way that it would be ok. After a couple of days we set up a day and time for him to come talk to my husband. That day came and after waiting on him for an hour and no word from him, we had enough. I finally texted him and he did apologized and said he had been in a meeting. Couldn't he just have texted and told us that? Set up another day and time and he was a no show again. We were dumb enough to try it for the 3rd time but once again he was a no show(no call or text). This is why we WILL NOT be using this roofing companyBest Choice Roofing Charlotte

had the pleasure of working with a young man named ******, he was always very respectful, punctual, knowledgeable and super friendly. Unfortunately I had one of the toughest insurances out there which is Allstate. He guided me through this very difficult process and made it very smoothly for me and my husband. He overcame the first denial we got and turned it into a full approval! Big thanks to ****** and BCR for being there for us. I recently had my roof replaced by Best Choice Roofing, and I was very pleased with the service I received. The company was very professional and responsive, and they did a great job on my roof.I had a few questions about the roofing process, and the company was happy to answer them all. They also gave me a free estimate, which was very helpful.The crew that worked on my roof was very friendly and hard-working. They were careful not to damage my property, and they cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.I would definitely recommend Best Choice Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. Very pleased with work done to our roof and gutters. This is one thorough company when comes to doing it the right way. Unfortunately our insurance company claims we had no damage we had pay out of pocket for our roof. Our contractor *********************** worked to get ** an affordable price that worked with our budget. ****** was very hands on when it came to the work before and after the job was finished.
