THEY PUMPED MY 1000 GALLON **** BROKE THE *** AND THE OUTLET PIPE CAME OUT AND WAS LEFT OUT. I BOUGHT ONE FROM THE *** FOR CASH. NOW I NEED PUMPING BECAUSE THE PIPE FOR IT TO LEAVE THE **** ISNT THERE. Scheduled an appointment with Septic Blue to come and provide septic cleaning service. When the technicians arrived, the price went from the originally quoted $225 to $275+ as they added in a previously undisclosed "dispatch fee". Upon inspection of my tank, I was informed that the now $275 cleaning fee would be roughly 7 times that amount as there was a great deal of service I would need. Hearing that almost made my heart stop as I was not expecting, nor could I afford that amount for a septic cleaning. After listening to all that the technician wanted to do to my system, I agreed to most of his recommendations for a fee of $1,750. Much more that I could afford but took the man's word that all recommended services were vitally important to the proper functioning of my system. After the services were performed I thanked both technicians, offered them a few bottles of water and asked them kindly to send me an itemized receipt of all work performed. It has been a little over two months and I am having sewage backing up in my drains. I called Septic Blue and asked them to please come and rectify the situation and was told they would do so for a fee of $225 (and assume a /n additional dispatch fee again). I asked why this additional trip wouldn't be covered by the $149 3 Year Advantage Plan that was added to my $1,700 bill and was told the $149 fee allowed me to get a $50 coupon applied to my bill. I am beyond frustrated with Septic Blue and will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. They do not keep their word or stand by their service. Please do your research before contracting with them as there are numerous customers that have had the same (and even worse) experience as I have had.

Called septic blue as my pump alarm went off. The operator said it will cost $225 + $50 dispatch fee. They said I had to replace the pump and charged me $2500 for pump replacement. When I saw the model of pump they used, it sells for $340. These guys charged me 700% over the price of the pump. The fun does not end there. They further charged me $350 for clean up... what they said will cost $225. Don't use these guys. They are just after your money and Will use all scare tactic in the book to rob you.

The service we've received so far from Septic Blue has been horrific. In the middle of Christmas season, they have been out to our house four times and failed to fix the issue with our septic tank. We cannot flush, cannot bathe, cannot clean our home. This has been going on for a week and the only explanation they have offered after bidding on a job for a full repair is "it's not our fault. Blame the electrician." The also will not offer us a refund after being unable to fix the problem. When my husband called and said he would be reporting Septic Blue to the BBB for their unwillingness to refund us after failing to fix the problem and leaving us with an inoperable septic tank, they said, "Those are just threats" and effectively shrugged and said, "not our problem." I would very much not recommend.

I feel that it is my duty to relate to my fellow Union County citizens an encounter I had with a septic tank pumping company names Septic Blue of ************. I called 3 companies for a quote to ************. Septic Blue had a bid slightly lower than the other two, so I called them to ************ for $395. A tech came out Friday, Dec 30, 2022. He uncovered my tank with a backhoe and I watched him raise my tank lid about 6 inches and stop. I told him that he could raise the lid off the tank. The tech stated that he was afraid to raise the lid any higher for fear his machine would tilt over. I almost laughed because I was reasonably sure that his machine could lift 2-3 lids that size, but I didn't make a comment.Leaving the lid open about 6 inches, the tech got off his machine and looked into the tank. From my position, I could not see inside the tank. The tech announced that my tank was caked solid and that he would have to break the contents with a special pressure pump and raise my original quote. In my frustration, I asked how much he would raise the price. He said that my total bill would be $1,050. I told him "no way" and that I would call the lady at Septic Blue to see if we could salvage the deal. The lady said that she let the tech set the final price. I told the tech that I would pay $500. He said he could not lower the price at all, so I told him we were done here and he could load up and go back to ************.After he left, I called Union Septic Solutions. The company sent two men the next day and, as they uncovered the tank, I told them my experience with Septic Blue. When they raised the lid on its side, one of the workers said, "Look, there is no solid waste anywhere to be seen. This will be a normal job and we will not need to do anything special." They completed the job in less than two hours. I was happy to pay them $500 and give them a good reference. I'll let you, the reader evaluate "Septic Blue"! - Review by *******************
