    Cant say enough good things about ******* *****! I needed a new electric charger put into my townhome which is anything but an easy project. ******* did not fret at all and worked long hours to make it perfect for me. The project came out even better than I had hoped and I am thankful to have met him. He pulled permits, got it done effectively and efficiently, and cleaned up after too. Genuinely kind man with a lot of skill and knowledge. Highly recommend!

    I have a Tesla Solar system and I needed a pest abatement to protect the underbody of the panels. While Tesla installed the panels, they could not install pest abatement/wire mesh to keep squirrels out. The squirrels chewed on the wiring causing me to replace 5 panels at a cost of over $5,000. I checked several companies to see who I could get pest abatement to protect the panels from further squirrel damage and most seemed to not even know how to work with Tesla solar panels with the skirt that surrounds the panels. I could not trust them. THOMPSON and SON Energy Solutions was very confident and secured the 'Special Tesla Tool' to get the job done RIGHT. Their installer, **** and **** took time to explain what they were going to do in detail and had the job done well in just a few hours. BEST Company for ************** in the ********* region and they also install Tesla panels and Power Walls. I rate them a 10+ out of a 10!! (PS they even took photos of the installations for me to see. )

    I recently had solar installed in my mountain house in Banner Elk by ******* and Son Energy. What a wonderful crew of knowledgeable, professional, and proficient young men! They made quite a team! They were very polite and most respectful of my property and belongings during the installation and worked so well together that they finished my job a day earlier than scheduled. When they came to me advise that the project was complete, the solar was working so seamlessly that I didnt realize that my house had already been working on it for two hours. The finished product of panels and cabling on roof to battery in garage and to new generator panel in utility room they installed to replace my outdated one was all so neat and concise. And, Oh, what an added benefit it was to have all my circuit breakers neatly and accurately labeled in the electrical panel. These guys are awesome and I am considering having them come to ********* to have them consolodate and modernize all the wiring and install a generator in my 90 year old, three time renovated, ********************* in *********. It would be so worth it!!!**** **********

    The company that originally installed my solar system doesn't exist anymore. **** and the team at Thompson and Son Energy stepped in and helped me get a critical part replaced so that my system would work again. Great group and I'll definitely go back to them in the future!

    Our journey started out with a permit delay, no fault to Thompson and Son, but instead an additional requirement specific to our area. **** and team kept us informed and worked with us through the process ensuring we were updated to any changes. The instillation went well. The guys were all very nice, professional and took the time to explain how everything works. You knew they were good at what they do and cared to it was done right. The instillation was a quick and smooth process, all questions were answered and everyone involved made sure we were comfortable with the process each step of the way. Very pleased.

    I recently had solar panels installed by Thompson and son Energy they did a fantastic job. I wish I could give them a higher rating than five they were professional very knowledgeable went right to work and didnt stop until they were using flashlights. Of course they came back the next day and finished up and cleaned up and you would never know they were here. Im going to recommend Thompson and son Energy to all my family and friends.

    I have been fighting with Good Leap for over a year and a half now as they worked with a company called sunova to try to get my solar system fixed after power home left me high and dry, filing bankruptcy I would not recommend Sonova to anyone they are as bad as power home. However, ****** and *** finally took over my account. These guys are amazing. The first appointment they made was within two weeks they showed up which is something ******* never did nor did power home and not only did they show up They fixed it. They fixed it the first time they spent their time made sure everything was working correctly I can finally breathe. My two-year nightmare is over because I know if I have, I will call these guys in a heartbeat they did more good in 3 hours then I have received in the 5!years I have had this system
