    **** and his crew did a very nice job removing our oak tree. From initial phone call to get a quote to completion; the process went smoothly. They left no trace they were there, except for the bare ground where the tree was. Thank you **** and crew for the fine work.

    The owner of the company came out and was very courteous, gave a reasonable estimate, and stated the trees I wanted to remove would be cut down in 4 days. A week goes by and the trees are still standing, I texted the owner to ask about the job and received no response, I called a few days later to ask when the job was going to be completed and was told it was on the list for the next day and he did get the text. He did not show again as promised. Texted again, another no response. Tried to call one last time to discover the phone number on the mailer he sent out has been changed. I see he as an A rating for the BBB but cannot understand why this company has earned it. Not getting back to customers is not acceptable and failing to show up when promised is not an A score.
