    Omega Tree Service was eager to start the work on the my tree service. They have a very bad business practice of follow-up service. The owner ***** was hard to track down, he had one of his employees answering the telephone and ***** has not return my call. Omega Trees suppose to come out to the property and level the dirt where the trees were. I still have two areas in my yard with dirt piled up high.

    **** called for an earlier appointment since he had a crew in the neighborhood. Although the majority of the crew spoke Spanish, not all of the crew were immigrants. We asked for them to cut some firewood and place it with the other firewood in the back yard. They readily agreed and did as we asked. They removed all of the debris and even used a leaf blower to remove all the odd branches and sawdust from the driveway. Even the road in front of my house was left clean and ready to drive on. I cannot say how much better they were than the crew who removed the other trees from my yard. My only disappointment was that they did not leave a substantial trunk on which to put our other tree art. With this bordering fairly close to our new driveway, it may be for the best that they didn't.I would recommend their service to anyone who asks.************
