    Business Response

    Date: 04/11/2025

    Good morning,
Mr. ******** Cloud hired us in August of last year to trim the tree in front of his property, and the job was completed as requested. Please see the attached invoice (TLP24-71.1), which confirms that payment was made in full.
Mr. Cloud was set up on a biannual tree trimming schedule. Attached is the estimate/contract (TLP24-71.2), which clearly states that the cost for each visit is $450.
Mr. Cloud contacted us two days ago to schedule his first trimming for the year. We apologize for not returning his call until the following day; we have been extremely busy. Since then, we have received numerous voicemails on multiple phones, several text messages, and an email threatening to contact authorities. Additionally, a BBB complaint has now been filed, all due to what appears to be dissatisfaction with our response time.
While we intended to proceed with scheduling his service, due to the excessive and aggressive nature of these follow-up attempts and the filing of a BBB complaint, we no longer feel comfortable continuing a business relationship with Mr. ****** We believe further interactions may lead to a hostile or unproductive environment.
Mr. Cloud also stated he is in law enforcement and will "handle this," which we found to be an inappropriate escalation, especially given that our contract clearly outlines a per-visit fee of $450, paid in full at the time of service. No refund is warranted, as the service was completed in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
Therefore, we will not be issuing any refunds, and we will not be engaging in any further business with Mr. ******
    Best regards,

    ******* ******, Tree Life Pro's

I am rejecting this response because:

Yesterday after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I received a phone call approximately 12 noon from ******* ********* at that time. He wanted to tell me what the contract was stating this was not a contract. In my opinion I never signed it. You will not see my signature on it this was a document that ***** typed up After I kept requesting a contract prior to my trimming of my trees and their rafter for that matter finally after the completion of trimming my trees, ******** finally sent me over this document that ***** ********* typed up and I immediately got on the phone with her and questioned it Because the language was inconsistent. I stated to ******** nowhere on this document does it state that I paid the $450 as well as the language is not accurate it is incorrect. At this point, ******** assured me that I was entitled to trimmings annually and she highlighted the $450 that I paid ******* and I went back-and-forth at this point. I asked him why was he screaming his response at that point was remove that I filed. At that point, I responded by stating I will not. ******* ********* at that point asked me did I want to meet up with him? I responded immediately by saying absolutely I would love to meet up with you thinking his intention was to come to my home sit down like a gentleman and we resolve this ***** ********* response at that point was a snicker Then laughed and stated to me you dont wanna do that and hung up the phone on me. I called the number that he called me back from immediately after he hung the phone on me and informed them that I will not be removing the complaint. In addition after feeling threatened by his comment you dont wanna meet up with me I informed him that I am law-enforcement.

In retrospect, ***** ********* is running a business with a fictitious address, which is ******************************************************* No such address exist in ************** that address exist in ******. The address that does exist in ******** is **************************************************** NE., which is clearly not his business. In addition at the time that I was discussing business back in August I was also told that they were in business for years by ******** When in fact, they just started their business last year which I found out through the Better Business Bureau. This individual clearly is running a business where he does not want his location known primarily in my opinion for these reasons of which I am going through therefore, I do not want his company back on my property either I do feel that I am owed $225 if Mr. ********* chooses not to pay me or reimburse meit wouldnt surprise me. I personally dont think he has the money in my opinion. He is running a scam.
