      *** (owner) teaches his employees (****** and customer service team) to harass customers. Non-stop calling, texting, and emails AFTER you tell them to stop.I communicated via call, text, and email to stop contacting me - *** the owner will NOT stop. Mind you this company owes us money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

      Unfortunately this is misrepresentation of what I stated to a person who is not our customer and I do agree that they should do business elsewhere.

      On Feb. 26th - the only conversation the reviewer and I had initially - I was told to send production samples that we had made and to followup on March 15th.

      We sent the samples on March 4th, they delivered on the 5th, and we followed up on the 15th via email and text to arrange a call to discuss the samples.

      3 weeks past with no reply from the reviewer and my support team asked me how to proceed since I am out of the country and I instructed them to followup 3 forms of communication to ensure it wasn't missed since it had been 3 weeks with no reply from our 3/15 email - voicemail, email, and text.

      Linked here is the screenshots of every email communication (copy and paste link to read full exchange) : ******************************************************************************************;

      In my opinion we have been professional and thorough.  Since we are trying to process a refund we have to reach out.  As I realized the process of attempting to communicate with the reviewer was futile, I realized she isn't even the buyer and discontinued communication and reached out to the buyer to coordinate size samples return and refund. See that screenshot here:  ************************************************************************************* . To this day I have not heard back from the buyer to get a straight answer on returning the size samples and where to send the check.

      Trust me when I tell you we totally agree that the reviewer should not be a part of any order with our company.  We are not used to folks reacting to 1 followup after 3 weeks in such a way and clearly there was something more going on that caused the type of response we received.  I have been respectful and professional in the face of various odd statements.  In spite of the experience I still wish them the best and hope they have a successful season.

      Sincerely,

      Ray

      Update - we spoke with the director of the group and he was totally embarrassed and apologized for the reviewers behavior. He mentioned that after she moved on to another company that owner told him they would never do business again if the reviewer was involved. He also mentioned that the parents in the group were complaining so much about her that she was removed from leadership position. We made the best of it and shared a laugh and moved on. I did tell him that in the future if he needs help as long as the reviewer is not involved we will help him. He chose to leave his funds on his account as he will need to reorder for his school team next year. He mentioned that he would ask the reviewer to remove the review but I assured him that even if she didn't we would still welcome him and not hold our experience with her against him or his group. We still wish everyone involved the best but it definately makes more sense now.
