      I contacted **** Michaels the owner and operator of Michaels Marine back in November to bring my boat up to him for him to work on it. He agreed and he sent me a bill of 914.74$ I paid it before any work was done. He completed that part of the work and found another issue, which he sent me another bill of 1581.39$ and I paid that before any of the work was done as well, comunication was good then. Ever since March comunication has been few and far beetween, I have tried calling him dozens of times, left him many text messages and voicemails. Last Wednesday (6/19/24) I was fed up with him not answering me so I decided to drive up to his shop in ******** NC. When I arrive I find out that he has moved out of that building and is now working out of his house. My boat was not at that location. I talked to the person leasing that location now and he didnt have much information on **** either. I then called him many more times and have been calling him every day since. I am not sure if he has sold my boat or lost it or not sure how to handle this situation. I have a lot of money invested in that boat and am looking to get it back to sell it. I am struggling to figure out a way to settle this situation. I would like to settle this situation by getting my boat back fixed or not, and potential refund for money for work that was not completed Thanks
