      My husband tried to buy plumbing supplies. He was offered a 10% discount because of veteran's status and the amount of the purchase. After the purchase was finalized there was an oops the discount wasn't applied. So somehow they rang it up correctly the second time and that purchase was finalized. So we paid twice. We have gone back 4 times trying to get a refund. We were told, " wait 5-7 business days." "Wait 7-10 business days." "We have to check the security cameras." I said "No." They said, "You basically have no choice." I said "I'm filing fraud charges." And I have filed with my bank. I do not recommend and will never return.
