    My daughter paid her ***** for a goat yoga session for 2 people on July 3, 2024. We had a session scheduled on July 6, 2024 and the owner, *********************** cancelled on July 5, 2024. We have repeatedly called to receive a refund and she refuses to give a refund saying she has a non cancellation party for both sides, which was never explained when we paid our money. I drove to her house yesterday 7-9-2024 to get our money back and she refused to give me money back explaining that she would give me a credit. I dont have time to go back and I will not go back after the way communication with ****** has been and lack their of! I asked her to produce a copy of her procedures and she wouldnt do so. I wanted to see something stating that she is not liable to give us our ***** back. She couldnt produce a copy of her procedures and policy, probably because she doesnt have one. She moves from county to county and when I actually read reviews on ******** and ****** this has been an on going problem with others as well. I would like a refund of the ***** I spent because she cancelled and I cannot reschedule due to a busy schedule of my own. She has went to the extreme of blocking my daughters number as well so that she cannot get through and ask for a refund!

    Unfortunately I, the owner ******, was having serious medical issues and had to reschedule our class. I was put in the *** the day after this client showed up harassing & threatening me to refund her. I almost died at the hospital and even while there they wouldnt stop the harassment. I explained our policy nicely and I did have to ask her to leave the property. While I was considering a refund after the harassment, slander, lied on social media trying to ruin my name I will not be giving a refund. 

    Our refund policy is listed on our website and has been the same for years. We allow customers a one time reschedule and if we have an emergency we ask they show us the same courtesy. If they cannot reschedule we do refunds on case by case basis. We try to be honest, fair, and our many many awesome reviews show that. 

    We have had thousands of very happy people at our classes and sessions over the years.

    I am rejecting this response because: nothing has been resolved!  She is a scammer and moves her farm to different locations across north and South Carolina!  She has taken lots of money from other customers other than me!  Not a trust worthy business and will never recommend.  I want my 50 dollars back because I will never go to her place of business ever again
