      The physician, Dr **************************** sent an order in for what was to be an annual preventative mammogram. I had the test done by FryeCare Imaging on 11/22/22 and was billed $129 which was what was applied to a deductible. The test is covered 100% by my BCBS insurance and they have been trying to assist me in getting resolved. There has been no action on the part of the physicians office to resolve after multiple calls and messages. FryeCare and BCBS said it originates with them. As a consumer there is no other recourse for me and the balance bill has now been sent to collections.
