      08/24/2023 - Car Inspection I went to get my daughter's car inspected at Auto Inspector. I have been a customer for 12+ years. The ********* location is usually managed / operated by a different gentleman than was there today. The guy that was there today was extremely rude from the time I would through the door to the time I left. He seemed very angry with his words and body language. To the extent that I felt threatened, harassed, verbally abused and scared. He yelled out if people don't stop arguing with me I'm going to quit this place and shut the place down. Mind you, I did not argue with him. He got angry with me because I turned my car off. He failed my car - due to factory tint, it has always passed. I have never had to participate in the process of inspecting my car, however, he made me do everything, except operate ****************. He tried to argue with me about my mileage, shook his head at me, told me to get out of the car, stop touching my dash when trying to help him locate my mileage. I was honestly scared that he might hurt me if I did not listen to his instructions. The lady that pulled out of the bay before me, said good luck with this guy. She failed as well and also said that she had been going to this place as well for years. I called the guy that owns these businesses and left a message. This was a terrifying experience, especially in the world we live in today. I will never be back to this location.

      I spoke with ******************************* the afternoon of the indecent and told her how sorry I was for her bad experience. We have had a tough time finding the quality of help that we are looking for. We are making a change at that location to remedy that situation. The employee that we have there is a good inspector and normally does not deal with customers. I offered ******************************* the option to go to our ********** location for a free inspection.
