    I saw ************************* from August of 2023 until April of 2024. In that time he **** an abundance of labs and sis testing on me. He used multiple therapies and "muscle testing' techniques along with countless supplements in treating the viruses and infections he claimed to find in my blood work. In that time i have accumulated medical bills through care credit totaling over $8000.00 and lab fees over $1000.00 that he said would be covered by my insurance. I've also spent over $1000 in supplements that he ordered. After all of that time of him "treating" me, i feel no different than the month i started. To make things worse, he specifically told me that a two specific viruses had been cured and i had blood testing done after waiting months to find out that it was indeed still in my body and not cured. When i had brought this up to him he said that it was probably a false positive. I then said financially my fiance could not support the decision to keep spending money when nothing has changed and he said "i would probably reconsider who you are marrying". His bedside manner is terrible and he is very full of himself. Saying things like "i am great at what i do". With physical lab tests to prove that he is a liar and a fraud and he is preying on vulnerable patients looking for answers and to just feel better. I would like my money back to pay off the care credit since i wasted time off from work for months to have 3 hour long visits at a time. I cant get back my time or the hope i felt when he reassured me for months that everything we were doing was working. I've lost time, money and countless stressful nights and would like this to be made right.

    Unfortunately HIPAA does not allow me to discuss details of a patient's health care in a public setting.  What I can say is this patient signed multiple treatment plans with us, renewing care because of progress made in their health and was very satisfied with care at the time they treated with us.  She was unable to continue care for whatever reason and now wishes to get her money back for treatment she already received. A patient is not eligible for a refund for care they have already received.  She did receive treatment but we can review what she did receive versus what she paid for and see if she is eligible for any unused care. The best possible treatment was given to the patient, with expectations of improvements. Obviously the patient is not satisfied with the level of care she has received, however no guarantees were given to the patient.

    The patient first posted a review against me on ****** and now here is committing libel against me, calling me a "liar and a fraud" and saying "I am praying on vulnerable patients".  This is libel as it is factually not true and very hurtful. I have been in practice for 20 years, helping literally thousands of patients with the majority of patients having tremendous success through our treatment plans. We have hundreds of patient testimonials all over ************************* and elsewhere showing the success we get with our functional medicine treatment programs. I am saddened by this patient's hate and vitriol and only hope we can find resolution and satisfaction with them.

    I recommend to the patient to pick up the phone and call me and speak with me in person about her concerns instead of posting billboards of hate and anger against us. I will do what we can to help her out.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was not satisfied with the care after the initial 3 months. However, the provider coaxed me into signing another treatment plan by saying it takes time. And nothing I wrote on my ****** review was out of hate. It was his own actions and terrible bedside manner that made me state facts. You can also see plenty of negative ****** reviews showing patients just like me unsatisfied with care that simply did not work and also his personality. Just as he wrote in his response to me, *** seen his comments and replies to other patients on their review and saying similar. If he had any empathy for his wrongful treatment and verbiage towards me then he would contact me and try to resolve instead of throwing the ball in my court. Better business bureau, I would suggest you look into these other negative reviews. This doctor continues to get away with over charging hard working individuals that are only looking for some hope in healing and as I said after 8 months or so of being in his care and thousands of dollars I left feeling just as I did when I first showed up. He simply gets away by trying to pin the patient as the wrong one because he cant guarantee treatment? Or outcomes? But what he tells us when there and in his care is very different.

    Unfortunately, this patient will not be satisfied and has continued to go down the road of attacking our 20 year successful reputation of treating thousands of patients. 

    This patient had every opportunity to go elsewhere and find other treatment opportunities, however they trusted our clinic to do the best we could to help their metabolic health.  This patient renewed care after completing a treatment plan. This patient had the opportunity to see actual pre- and post-lab results which showed improvements in their health overall. We pride ourselves in a concept of test-treat-retest, so as to ensure we are on the right track. Despite the improvements shown in this patient's objective lab findings, they obviously did not get the level of care they desired and ultimately decided the care they received was not satisfactory.  I am saddened by this and will reiterate that she has the opportunity to reach out directly to our clinic to try to resolve her concerns, but as I stated in the previous BBB response, she has instead decided to create a negative complaint against her treatment in our clinic.  

    We don't help everyone, and their are a few bad reviews out their because of people who did not get the satisfaction of care they desired.  Unfortunately, this happens with thousands of patients treated, but overall we have hundreds of happy patients who have given us written and video testimonials about the success they have received from our unique functional medicine approach to their health concerns.

    If ****** wishes to discuss this care, she can reach out to us but I am unable to go deeper into her individual treatments because of privacy issues.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    He is not looking to resolve anything by asking me to contact their office. I am not looking to be conned into another treatment plan, nor am I interested in being bullied. Whats right is right and he simply cant explain why he told me a virus was absent from my body by the treatments he was doing and then lab work showed the virus is still present, as do my symptoms. He assured me he accomplished something and he lied. He keeps bringing up other patients, Im not here to discuss those patients. He lied and took my money, then got angry when I asked him why the lab tests showed otherwise and now is trying to bring up other patients to make himself look better? I will gladly provide copies of paperwork provided by him showing the virus was not there and then my lab work that shows it is very present. He knew how upset I was over it and took advantage of me.
