    Unfortunately, I was a guest at the Comfort Inn Suites **********- Concord On September 2. My husband was celebrating his birthday. Our rooms were on the 1st floor. The rooms were near the pool. The pool area was very loud. It was a lot of unsupervised children yelling cursing and out of control. It made it impossible to rest.Also, during check out there were police outside for some other type of disturbance. My goal is to have a safe, comfortable stay and I had neither. I reached out to ********* the Guest Relationship Manager and she wrote an email to apologize and to simply say she wants to host us in the future.I would have liked a free night or a discount for this dissatisfaction, Not a happy guest.****
