  ******** dealership and horrible sales manager that has done nothing but LIE!!! Got scammed out of an extended warranty that was supposed to be cancelled but yet still have not gotten the refund that was told to me I would get back. I called and they said oh the check has been sent but yet still No check. This has been going on for months!!! If you want to deal with a dealership that does nothing but LIE and ignore you then this is the place for you.

  I have been a loyal customer for years with this car dealership. They have done all the maintenance on my Vehicle since I purchased it. I had a problem with my transmission and bring it in and they diagnosed it with being the valve body of the transmission. The part I needed was on back order so they recommended to put a different transmission in . After paying over 3k I noticed my car still wasnt driving up to part . So I called and spoke with ******** and she advised me to bring it in. the mechanic said he didnt see the problem, but I still noticed one . I called again with the same complaint again ******** said to bring it in only for the mechanic to tell me to wait until the light comes on. The light is finally on with the same problem. The valve body of the transmission. And they are not willing to stand by their work . I dont have another 3k to give them for the same job. I thought I was getting a guaranteed deal by allowing the dealership to fix my car. But not in this case. I DO NOT Recommend this dealership they dont stand by their WORK.

  After being a loyal service customer for more than 6 years, I decided to purchase a vehicle July 9, 2024 and it included a clean trade, but it become the absolute worst experience with Finance Manager, *****. My Sales Consultant was the ONLY person who went above a beyond to communicate during this process. The pending purchase required minimum issues to be addressed as part of the sale regardless if it was myself or another customer. The downward spiral began after I drove the vehicle off the lot July, 9 2024, the next day July 10th, the vehicle would not start. Dealership had to send someone to my residence (30 min away) to jump the vehicle and return for service. For the rest of the week, multiple trips to the dealership was required to close out the trade paperwork. We tried to be understanding as oversights can happen to anyone.I also had to return to the dealership to cancel a misleading warranty. The battery, windshield, tires all needed to be replaced and the running board seal was a trip hazard. There were also cosmetic issues I agreed to cover the cost IF it was performed by their approved external vendor relationship. The dealership addressed the non-cosmetic issues after multiple calls to management to correct and I was finally able to pick up the vehicle July 18, 2024. The time it took to resolve majority of these issues, voided the 3-Day/150 Miles clause. I did not have the vehicle in my possession long enough. I advised the dealership that we still needed to complete the cosmetic issues at my expense, but through their external relationship. After being promised by ***** on August 8th to arranged cosmetic correction due to mounting errors; today August 29th, I learned that the vendor was advised that the dealership has done enough for me and nothing further would be done. I understand "sales", but the dishonesty and lack of communication does not represent a "luxury dealership". Extremely disappointed in Lake Norman Infiniti.

  Misinformation linked between sales and finance. ****************** deceived me. Did not give me the rate quoted. *******************************

  Worst customer experience in my entire life. A same day trade was sold without being serviced and I have contacted this dealership several times. As today, headlight is out, no one checked the fluids in the car. There is more but the moral of this story dont buy anything from this dealership that has been traded with property being serviced ****** learned. I would not give a star if there was an option.
