    Paid in full. No product after an outlandish and ubserd delay and time. This business is not straight forward and has had numerous complaints for the same reasons. Excuses and delays and what i feel is routine rhetoric and common dirty business practice by this business.

    I ordered a figure from this website in February 2021 and have spent over two years waiting for it. When I ordered it, I received a quick response and I paid promptly. I would periodically check in politely and get excuses. My last email in summer 2022 received no response and now Im just resigned to filing a complaint like many people apparently have. Given how fast the response is for collecting payment, the owner clearly is still responding but then does not deliver the product. *** ordered custom figures from others and 2 years is way way too long for completing a figure. Once communication stopped, I figured I had been had. Very disappointing. Customers are just sports fans excited about their teams, looking for a fun product and who paid in advance. The owner then stalls until the PayPal refund period expires with excuses and then customers have no recourse via PayPal and also no product that they paid for. Given the volume and consistency of complaints, and my experience, clearly the model here is to take the money and not deliver the product.

    I ordered a custom figure in July of 2019, I often asked about progress and he always replied he is still working on it because it is a custom piece. So far I have given him almost 4 years to finish and now he will not respond and I would like to get refunded at this point. Id say 4 years is plenty time to paint an action figure or a few thousand action figures. This has been a very frustrating experience to say the least

    I ordered a custom figure for my brother's birthday present on June 8th. Their website doesn't give any specifics on time frames, it just says if you need it by a date then tell them up front, but says "don't say you need it a week before a birthday". So keeping that in mind, I was very patient, and emailed 2 months after ordering it, I got a "I just moved" excuse that 'disrupted' it, then I checked again and was told it would be done by 'the end of the week' then when that didn't happen I got the same 'im working on it' and I switched to a different printer, so something about colors now. I feel I have been patient enough. It has been over 4 months and all I get are excuses. It is also extremely concerning because according to his website there are absolutely no refunds, but also doesn't give any expectations on how long these orders take. So hypothetically, he could just take my money up front and never give it to me and still be 'in compliance' of his terms as long as he says he is still working on it. This is a terrible way to do business. I am at the point where I would rather have my money back, and am considering just disputing with my credit card the charge because I paid for something I have not gotten. That is stealing. I have been patient and reasonable. I have contacted him now at least 4 times asking patiently for an update or some kind of end date to get this product I ordered, I just keep getting excuses.

    I am rejecting this response because: I accept that I am finally getting the order, but his description of it being custom made is unacceptable.  He needs to include some parameters on his website, or expectations as to how long this work will take.  What his website says is 1) no refunds or exchanges, and 2) don't ask a week before you need it to receive it.

    I keep my complaint to the BBB this is not a way to do business.  I shouldn't appreciate that I am finally getting my product I ordered after 4 months of waiting.  This was a birthday present for ***** I was very patient, but all the communication from him kept giving me excuse after excuse, I switched printers, I moved... it just went on and on, and his policy says no refunds, so what are you supposed to do, what if he had decided to just indefinitely not finished this thing.  I won't shop from him ever again, and I think other BBB people should be able to have this knowledge before they purchase from him.
