    On April 6, 2023, I ordered 2 Blinds, and fabric window treatments from ***************************. May 17 checked on status, no reply, June 2 checked on status, no reply (communication being done thru texts) June 16 text ******* replied she would check on order. No reply, June 21 I again asked about the order status. ******* replied she was waiting to hear back from manager of the department and would let me know tomorrow. (Which would have been June 22. I again asked about status of order on July 6 and showed concern with the lack of response. She replied, said she fell and had concussion, but I was on the list that day to get back with me. July 25, she texted me that she had some dates and would call me. July 27, I sent her a text regarding this mess. I was told that this would take **** weeks and we were at 16 weeks with little information. She called me and apologized and said she would get it done soon. August 14, she texted me and said she received the shades, (Blinds) and would get them installed. They were installed that day, finally. I thanked her and asked again about the fabric. At this point I didn't reply till Oct. 21, and threatened.to file a complaint. She replied again with apology. Said talk later. She asked if I wanted her to check on fabric or cancel. At this point I said cancel and refund my money. She said no problem. Nov 6, I asked again regarding refund. She replied about being busy and exhausted, and said I would get it done today. That was Nov 6, I replied get it done then with the address to send it to. Have had no response. We live in ** but have vacation home in ***********. That is where we were getting the work done with the window treatments. I put down $1500.00 deposit for the job. The blinds came to around $820.00. So, they own me somewhere in the amount of $680.00. That amount would probably be adjusted due with taxes. I just want to pay for what I received and a refund for the rest. I have receipt and all texts.

    Shades installed, topper treatment was to be at later date due to manufacturing defect/not hanging right.  Issued refund - sent check on 12/8/23 to ************* address.  If more information is needed, please contact ******* at ************.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, as long as the refund check clears the bank.  It was deposited yesterday.
