  Can I give ZERO stars? They took my money, gave me a fake tracking number, and say I signed for my package. They are not USA based. That’s a lie. Don’t shop with them. Dishonest scam artists.

  Website return policy is lies. They sent a wrong item that I did not order and will not respond to requests for prepaid shipping labels. They want the item returned to ***** at my expense even though they sent me something i did not order.

  My daughter ordered a dress on 9/13/21. When she received it, it was not as stated as it was cheaply made. she immediately began contacting them since their website stated they had a return policy but you must get a return label. They also offered, $5, $10 refund. Once she told them that she was disputing this with my credit card, they stated they would refund the money. Once *********** contacted them, they refused to refund the Monday. You can not speak to them on the phone and they will not respond to emails. Buyer beware, they do not honor what was on their website which is now gone. They are crooked. Do not purchase from this company. I am out $75.00

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a homecoming dress for my daughter which did not work out for her. I sent an e-mail on 9/29/22 (it states to send an email for returns) and I STILL have not received a response. I have also tried to call several times and I just get a beeping noise. Their website says returns 14 days from received date, At this point I am way out of those ******************************************************** back and STILL return my money. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

  Zero Starts should be an option. My daughter needed a dress for homecoming. We purchased 2 dresses. Same dress in two sizes. Since I obviously was planning on returning at least one dress, I made sure to review their return policy. Not only did they send the wrong dresses but clothing quality was abysmal. I've bought Halloween costumes at Party City that were better quality. I contacted them immediately to start the return process. They asked that I send pictures of the dresses. I did. Then they said could I just give them away as a gift (who would want these awful dresses??) or would I accept $5 for my inconvenience. I said no I would like my full refund as their return policy states. After that they would not communicate with me. Their phone number does not work. I spent a total of $100.80 for these dresses. Whatever you do, do NOT purchase anything from this website!!

  ordered a homecoming dress for daughter, one day after ordering, tried canceling, there is no way to cancel, so I emailed several times, called, no response and the number on web site was always busy. Since there was no response I called my credit card to dispute the charge. finally dress arrived, no tags, looked worn and didn't fit, anyways... emailed the second I received it to say I wanted a return slip, there was no response and emailed several other times as well. I'm shocked that this company has any customers. They should not be allowed to sell items, I'm amazed that I even received a dress but the fact that they say you can return dress within 14 days, you simply need to request a shipping label but don't respond to any emails is insane. DONT fall for this scam!

  I purchased an item from Divalife that did not fit. I tried to return it several times, no response to my emails and their phone number is disconnected. This is a fraudulent company. do not purchase anything from them. I stopped payment on my credit card as well. shop elsewhere but before you do, make sure their phone number is connected.

  Not a good website to buy from. I bought a Homecoming dress for my daughter. It came from ***** even though it shows a ** address. It was a completely different dress and not as nice as the one I bought for the price. I have emailed them 7 times like it says to do for returns, they have not responded. I called the phone number a dozen times and it goes straight to a busy signal. Fraud!!! I wouldn't give any stars if I could leave a comment without.
