    i purchased an RV on 6-14-2022 from Stream RV for 50,294.00. They stated that there was clear title for the Holiday Rambler RV. They gave me paperwork to give to DMV (they would not process) I took the paperwork to the DMV they stated there was no clear title. there was a dispute over title between New York nd Pennsylvania. It may take over 9 months to clear it up . I can't get clear title so they broke the contract. they have stated they won't take it back since there is no clear title. I am unable to use the RV for any reason since there is no tags.

    The customer purchased the RV from us on 6/14/2022 and was provided a clear, non-branded title, re-assignment, and all documents required to register the vehicle.  The customer discovered upon visiting their local DMV, that the State of New York Department of Motor Vehicles did not update the NMVTIS system to show the most current title. 

    The customer called and spoke with me on 8/15/2022 at about 9:14am describing the registration concern at which time I advised her that I would reach out to the NY DMV to attempt to resolve her issue.  I also advised the customer that we would not be able to buy back the RV since this was a simple administrative error that can be corrected, and that stemmed from the NY DMV not updating a record.  At this time I also offered to partner with the DMV to see if we can issue another 30 day tag to make sure the customer is able to use the RV if this becomes an issue that takes additional time to resolve.

    Today (8/19/2022) I received confirmation that the NY DMV has updated their record and that the vehicle may be registered immediately.  We will provide the BBB and the customer with a contact at the North Carolina DMV that can confirm the ability to register this vehicle.
