    Lived here for 2 years and it was h*** When moving out no matter if you book a walkthrough or not they will charge you cleaning fees. No matter how much you clean and paint they will still charge for no reason. We cleaned/painted everything and was still charged for 2 hours of work. Asked for an itemized recite and they dont have them. When I first moved in it was disgusting, so I know that charging us cleaning fees is for them to do nothing and get free money. They will miss charging you rent and then come after you for it months later. Reported our broken dryer multiple times for them to say that we have to turn it to maximum heat, it still did not dry our clothes. Awful and full of excuses, youre gonna get charged the same as more expensive apartment anyway so might as well move somewhere else.

    In response to ************ the end of a tenant's lease, we have a process where we ask our tenants to schedule a walkthrough to see if anything is needed to be done to their apartment so they can get their full deposit back. Last year approximately 50 tenants asked us to perform a walkthrough with them. Of the 50 tenants only 3 did not get their full deposit back. **************'s apartment looked as if nothing was done, and she was charged for 2 hours of cleaning and 2 hours of painting. It actually took 4 hours of each to get her apartment ready for the next tenant. I personally inspected her apartment before we had painters and cleaners in her apartment. The dryer in her apartment was fixed as soon as parts arrived. Rent is due at the first of every month. If it is not paid, we will collect it later. If the apartments were so bad, why did she sign up for a second year? In 18 years of business, we have signed **** leases with this one complaint left on BBB. The Owner the suites and villas
